I think most of the dissatisfied people leaving reviews are from out of town, maybe? Sure, I've had some "not quite great " dishes but, it's sure not the wait staff's fault! The service has been AWESOME the 4 years I've been eating there! I notice no change in that since the storm. Love my "catfish Friday " and every time I have breakfast there. I give 5 stars. I'm always treated like a king. Love Kountry Korner!

If you're a hunter or just a person needing a good breakfast this is a great comfortable rest stop. They have all ammo, hunting and fishing gear you need. Food was really good as well. We got the southern sampler. ??

Before the storm they were famous for their breakfast biscuits, I know people who would drive from uc just for their sausage and biscuits, now they are always burnt to a crisp, completely black, when I asked them why ,they said yes we know but we won't throw them away, someone will buy them, I think a couple of 10 year olds could run the place better, it is really a shame.

They're back with a vengeance. No tornado could ruin their spirit!!! Always a great place to eat!!! Amanda was a sweetheart,too!!! Excellent food, excellent service!!!

Food was bad asked for management to complain about cold over cooked food. Then got gift certificate but card was lost cause your sorry unintelligent workers can't tape a card to paper so it doesn't get lost. Not going back. Thanks for nothing.

Loved coming here before the tornado but, I have to say that the service has taken a decline since the rebuild. I've been here for nearly an hour. No one was here when we arrived. Now 6 tables who arrived after us have their food and we are still waiting. I was told that the guy who fries the fish came in late. What happens if he takes a day off? Nobody gets fish all day?? I usually tip $10.00 or better. Not today. Also, medium rare, for some reason they can't get that one right since the rebuild. Keep getting it over done. After waiting an hour to get it when we were the first ones here, it could at least be cooked right.

We loved how clean, bright, well stocked and lots of choices. Clean bathrooms too which was refreshing.It was a great place to stop and walk around a little bit too.
