I ordered a mcdouble add Mac sauce, there was so much Mac sauce all over the bun, couldn't hardly pick it up, meat was as hard as can be....they really must be having issues wit kitchen help...idk

I'd give it 2 stars if someone could have the employees throw the ingredients for my sandwich from the center of the room instead of from the other side of the room. Then maybe they could get most of it on the bun instead of it looking like they put it in a tumbler before they wrapped it up. I could make a better looking sandwich by the time I was 8 ffs.

McDonalds in Dresden doesn't have a "drive thru" service. They have a "Pull up and order, park in slot 4, wait 8 to 12 minutes for your food, drive back around to the window for ketchup and napkins, then pull out" service. I rarely go anymore because it is literally this way every time. Whether anyone else is in line or not.

terrible. pulled up w my mom n siblings and the worker was messing up frequently and didn’t understand anything and took forever at the pick up like i get it happens but srsly ? n even misinterpreted the order

It's really sad that 2 out of 5 visits, in one week, you have to pull up & wait, whether it's breakfast or lunch. Then it's incorrect or cold. I just don't understand. I've called and let them know but with no results. The latest: ordered a double cheeseburger meal, orange drink and quarter pounder meal w/extra pickle & unsweet tea. Got: double cheeseburger, orange drink, quarter pounder meal w/tea.
I placed a order and when it was repeated back it was correct. But when I looked at my receipt it showed wrong so I politely told the young lady that it was wrong she went and git the manager. That's when it went crazy iwas given a refund and told to leave because I wasn't going to talk to the girl that way. The service was the absolute worst. I didn't speak to her rudely buti was treated very rudely. I'll never recommend the martin McDonald's to anyone.
