Worst BK experience of my life, it was worse than the one in my hometown, it was a feat to do so, in regards to being worse. First thing the dining area, was in disarray walking in. Tables weren't cleaned at all. We had to clean one ourselves to even sit down. Secondly the staff were not friendly at all. Thirdly, I feel the staff needs retraining in customer relations and maybe even retraining in work ethic. Lastly, management needs some work on accountability and inventory management. They were completely out of more than one item. The fountain in the dining area, was completely out and drinks had to be filled from the back, with minimal choices to choose from. So much for " Having it your Way".

Service was terrible and all my Husband and I ordered was 2 orders of cheesy potatoes. The girl had an attitude like that was just so much for her to do. But to make matters worse as we were waiting in the drive-thru line we could see in the first window a glimpse of the grill machine ,or whatever they call it, it was absolutely disgusting lookin!!! It had some dark colored liquid running all over the place. There was like paper trash all on floor and when we got to the 2nd window while we was waiting, we saw an even worse nasty messy kitchen sink area. There was stuff over flowing from trash cans and stuff all over the floors!!! Horrible I mean TERRIBLE!!!

The people there were very loving and had good hospitality,the food was amazing and hot and you know it’s hot when the cheese is good and melted?.I didn’t see anyone touch my food directly which is a good thing .I was even willing to give a tip but you know things high now a days?.everyone was well dressed and the environment was clean. the rooms energy was positive I even decided to dine in.before I left I even thanked them on the good tasty food and for being so nice?.Kid-friendliness: The kids love the hats it makes them feel royal ?

A lot of people behind the counter not working, one girl had exter long hair that kelp getting in the food, she kelp flipping it everywhere, one guy behind the counter in street clothes said he didn't work here, it took forever to get our food and it was cold and wrong 1
