I had to give the order 3 times to get it right, got out to the car and checked my husband order because he is allergic to onions. Onions were on his hamburger!!! I went in to get it fixed. They helped me get everything to the car but I got home to find that my granddaughter’s kids meal was not in the bag!!! That was the only reason I went to McDonald’s!! My dad boycotted McDonalds when I was a kid!

Every time I go there they mess up my order I am batting a thousand they can't build a sandwich the meats hanging off all the bread the cheese is hanging out the other side of the bread it's like they threw it together and just shoved it in a bag.

1 star for the McDonald's in Dyersburg,TN (but really 0 stars) they take too long in drive thru when you go inside they act like they don't want to take your order even management I've heard how the managers talk to their crew well all employees some of the managers act racist and they show favoritism as well just completely rude and disgusting that place is.....Parking: When busy hard to find parking

I'm not the biggest McDonald's fan but the two or three times I've been here in the last year have been exceptional. The fact that it took a little longer on my Filet-O-Fish or that their milkshake machines are broken a lot means that they are very committed to serving the finest food . As far as McDonald's goes anyways. Instead of giving me something that's been sitting out for hours thay take the time to cook a frozen fish. And even though it was only a couple extra minutes they gave me a card for a free meal. I get it may be annoying with their milkshake machines but that just means they refuse to use a dirty machine. Also the cashiers are usually very nice.

When placing my order in the drive thru the female was not friendly and at the end of my order said "what else" rudely and said nothing at the pay window, just took my money and closed the window. But there was a young man at the pick up window that was happy and greeted us with a smile repeating our order and wishing us a great day
