I went to Arby's In East Ridge and wanted their New Cheese burger on the Menu the lady at the Drive - Thur said they didn't have hamburger meat it's on your menu why wouldn't you have hamburger patties ? Then I get my food and the Fries are cold and stale!

Came here with my son Jim and it was so nice and affordable for us
Stopped to grab quick dinner after working all day around 9:10pm walked inside, one customer was there sitting.Walk up to the register to place my order ,employee Marcous just standing in front of the register with hands in his pocket ,no hey how are you doing ,what would you like to order absolutely nothing, so I tell him what I want number 11,he rings it up ,never once does he tell me my total or anything .So I pay for my food he asked for my name for the order ,don't get a cup for my drink so I asked for it I told him it was for here .So instead of calling by the name I gave him for food order I get Hey ,I turn around my food is in a to go bag ,I don't say anything sit down eat my meal, the girl in the drive thru was great ,food was actually good store was clean ,but the front service terrible, I give the food 4 star ,but the employee if I could give a negative 5 star rating I would .And I absolutely hate complaining.

I drive past the fort Oglethorpe ga location to come to this Arby's, why because this location ALWAYS is clean. Bathroom clean floor clean tables clean people cleaning and making sure things are stocked and clean. The food is always hot. After the horrible I had on 8/15/23 I went in thinking this place will be dirty like the last restaurant I just left. I was dead wrong clean clean and clean. The people were absolutely amazing and I'll never go to another Arby's. But if I do this Arby's will be what I compare them too. They have high standards at this location, and I hope corporate knows that this is the place to eat at in east ridge. Corporate needs to know that this restaurant cares that they are clean and their people are friendly kind caring and they all need raises.
