My food was burnt and I was missing a few items like 2 orders of wings and ?! I called them and let them know and I had a NASTY CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON ANSWER THE PHONE WITH A BAD ATTITUDE! ask for management or he was MANAGER. Mr Logan. They didn’t give me my money back or replace my order of $35.60 I’m so Mad! I’ll never order with them again!

Only major negative was total disregard by employees that I had entered to pick up my order. None of the 4 employees in the immediate area even looked up to acknowledge I was there. After almost 5 minutes of being avoided I finally said "Does anyone care that a customer is here for their order?" A guy then asked for my name and he handed me my order. This type of behavior by employees has almost become the norm today by people who don't deserve to have the job.

Ordered pizza for my family asked for certain things like extra sauce and certain pizzas and all three of my pizzas were dry as hell and cut up all awkward like they were just in a rush and literally threw some cheese on dough and completely forgot the sauce all together.. there was hella sauce in my cheesy marinara dip so I guess I got my extra sauce technically just not on my dam pizza

Went last night to grab me some wings and a cookie brownie. Went to the windows and the young man told me the total so I pull out 100 and he said oh by the way we don’t take those! But that was all I had so I had to leave but I have never been told that from there and he was very rude about it.

Pizza and order accuracy have always been good here, but I have to mention that the parking lot is currently atrocious with potholes. There is risk of vehicle damage here. It would be nice if Dominoes corporate could fund some improvements to the parking lot to eliminate the potential of knocking wheels out of alignment, etc.

So it was a spur of the moment decision for dinner. I ordered through the app and went and picked it up. I got there about 10 min after ordering and they parked me… I knew it wasn’t ready yet so that wasn’t a problem. Here comes my food! I notice 3 boxes when I only ordered 2 items. Well they messed up the first pizza and remade it. Gave me both pizzas and was very apologetic about the wait and explained why it took so long. That was a blessing for me because I scraped up to get that & it was barley gonna be enough to feed every one. He was very nice and professional. I’m assuming he was the manager cause he was constantly running around while others were just sitting there chilling… he deserves a raise! It’s hard to find people with that work ethic and I’m grateful for the service I received.
