Fernando's is a local restaurant. It has a small but well stocked buffet as well as menu service. The food is good, the service is excellent and the price is reasonable. I highly recommend Fernando's!

We had private room reserved for a club meeting, but other people were allowed to sit in the room that was supposedly reserved for us. Food was only fair, and we were charged 20% gratuity for all the servers doing was bringing us a drink and also did not offer refills, we had to keep asking for them. I feel we paid an outrageous gratuity for terrible service. And lastly we were charged a "fee" for using a check card, which we were not told about and nowhere is it posted inside the restaurant that there would be a charge. Last time I will be there!

We ate here for the first time recently while visiting Chattanooga. The food had no flavor. The Mac and cheese tasted like noodles and water. My husband loves Mac and cheese and wouldn’t even try it bc of the way it looked. The service was ok. We didn’t get our drinks until we were half way done eating. It took over 30 mins to pay. We did have a large group but the people at the register kept getting confused and was over charging people. We paid $30 for two of us to eat the buffet and it is NOT WORTH IT. The restaurant was also not very clean or inviting. If you want bland, tasteless, instant food then this is the place for you. If you want some delicious food, this place is not for you. We will not eat here again. Ever. Seriously, it was that bad. Do not waste your time or money.
