This location is ridiculous. Employees are inexperienced, incompetent, and rude! They gave our order to the wrong person then expected us to take it after it had been taken out of the store. They were very upset about remaking the order and purposely took as much time as possible to do so. It’s sad that this individual location tarnishes the Firehouse brand.

Stopped in this location today around 3:15-3:30 to find the "manager" yelling at the employees in front of customers in the business about other employees. After this the working employees could only use the "F" word about the situation and messing up an orset while laughing about it. I even asked the cashier if I need to leave while this was going on. NOT the way to keep business at this location. Very disappointed with my visit!!! The "manager" needs a lot more pe skills and training!!

The person making my sandchich put new gloves on but then proceeded to text on his phone then make my sandwich (phones have more bacteria on them then a public restroom toilet seat) not a huge deal but something I would consider unsanitaryWheelchair accessibility: It is not very wheel chair accommodating

Firehouse has been one of my favorite places for a long time. My wife and I ate at this location for dinner on 11/6/23. I’m sad to say this will be my first bad review for this brand. While the crew was polite my wife and I woke up the next morning with awful food poisoning. It was so bad we both had to call out sick for the next two days. As someone who works in the food industry I hope food safety is improved here in the future.

What an unexpected treat! Delicious food, friendly service, a cheerful atmosphere, and a portion of what we paid for our Hawaiian pork sandwiches went to help First Responders on Maui. Just what our carful of road-weary travelers needed before we got out on the interstate for another hundred miles!

My boyfriend and I came here and ordered two subs. One was the Engineer and the other was the Italian, both straight off the menu with no customization. After about 25 minutes of sitting there waiting we were genuinely curious as to what was taking so long as we were 2 of the 5 customers in the restaurant. After sitting there for 50 minutes my boyfriend got up to ask the manager if there were any issues with the order. They responded by saying that they had accidentally given the order away to someone else (without ever calling his name). They did not apologize for the inconvenience and acted annoyed that they had to remake the order even though it was their mistake. They provided no reconciliation or compensation for the mixup and the sandwiches were very messily remade. My boyfriend didn’t even get the correct sandwich. He was given a meatball sub instead of the Italian sub he had ordered!
