I ordered 4 piece Combo meal. A asked 3 times if I could order a side order of Beans & Rice. I was told "Only if you order a Combo meal." The person who took my order (Drive-Thru) was not at all professional. Out of the 4 piece Combo Meal, the only pieces edible was the breast. The other pieces were nothing but crust. The entire meal had a weird smell.This is a Brand New Popeyes. We really had high hopes. After I got home I checked on the Internet. That’s when I found out they had told me wrong. They DO sell side orders of Beans & Rice. We won’t stop at this Popeyes again. If I could give minus stars, I would!

They served me spoiled chicken this morningIt smelled so bad you could smell it through the bad. I thought it was the truffed sauce, and quickly realized it's the chicken. The were very busy, it was only two people in there, but if I could smell that far away it makes me wonder if the smelled and didn't care. The other food was good though, they need help service was slow, I felt for them. I tried to call and tell them their chicken is spoiled but their phone is working.

Unequivocally the WORST Popeyes of ALL TIME! Ladies and gentlemen, there are 5 (FIVE) Popeyes restaurants in Chattanooga.3 of them are currently closed down. I stopped by this lovely spot after choosing it over a burrito joint that would have been FAR BETTER. Right away, some guy comes out of the back of the kitchen area dressed like he'd just finished laying down some SERIOUS BARS on his debut album!While placing my order, another worker here, tending to the cooking, had his face / and hands, in his cellphone! I'll let that sink in.I receive my food ($12 order) and the chicken is AT LEAST, a day old. The fries seem as if they were drenched in cooking oil and the chicken tasted like something you can pick up at Mike-Mike -N-' em's in any nearby hood.PLEASE PLEASE let this Popeyes be the next to get shut down! This was my last time eating at Popeyes! Save yourself the potential FOOD POISONING, people!My advice to the franchise?Stop hiring people who hang out in the back and lay down rap bars while on the clock!

After stopping into Portofino’s, Baskin Robbins and being disappointed EXIT 1 off I-24 in on a last ditch effort to get some food we stopped at Popeyes. Alford was outstanding!, the food was delicious, hot and fresh and I have no better regards being helped by Alfred! TThank you Alfred !!! This experience at 9:30 PM where every other place failed in every way.
