Everything was as good as usual except the fries. I was disappointed in them because they were cold and tough. Their fries are usually really good but not this time ☹

Ordered a triple whopper meal plain, got a regular single whopper. Called them & they said I can just pick one up later that day. Ok.Get there & they act like they can't figure out who I spoke to. But they give me a triple whopper for a replacement. Get home & it has EVERYTHING on it.I didn't even bother going back. For what? They will just mess it up again.I think I can live without burger king & this nonesense.

Horrible experience I had a code for my reward of a free cheese burger that's worth 250 crowns and the offer for 2 original chicken sandwiches (same code. Your able to do one reward and one offer on the code.) But after it scanned the cashier ruined the order,manager said I had to pay out of pocket if I wanted the order, and the order history didn't go through because of them not making my order but I lost 250 crowns and can't get my reward

The people who work here are rude and lazy. I have come to detest BK over the last year as I’ve progressively watched their customer service plummet into the toilet. The last 3 orders I’ve put in for this location have not been ready when I came to pick them up, and then when they FINALLY did make them the “lady” at the counter just tossed the bag at me. I just went through the drive through where I was served cold fries and a bad attitude from the “lady” at the window. Now they want to charge $.30 each for a dipping sauce for your fries. Seriously, piss all the way off BK. You’ve lost a customer permanently now.
The customer service is the best! We've been here 5 times recently and everyone has been extremely nice and accommodating. The food is perfectly cooked every time! Thanks so much for a great experience.

I just don't think they were ready for the rush that day....took forever to get our food and it just tastes greasy. Maybe not the right time or right one but I'm a sucker for their ice coffee

The best THICK fries! I grew up with Burger King, and as good as it was to me then, I have never had this level of quality from them before! The Whopper was the size of my hand!!
