I don’t go to cook out often, but I’m usually not disappointed with what I get. Today I received a hair in my sandwich. I also asked if the Cajun chicken came fried or not, which was my deciding factor when ordering it. It was grilled. :/
I've always done drive through it cookout and generally every experience has been okay if not remarkable or maybe not remarkable in the fact that nothing went wrong. They're fairly fast and really accurate. Only had an issue with a order maybe once or twice. And they have really great food. I think their shakes are phenomenal.
