Two weeks ago, I ordered the chicken club sandwich from Freddy’s and was pleasantly surprised at how juicy and delicious the chicken was. I went back today and ordered the exact same thing and had an entirely different experience. First they got the order wrong, then the chicken was so over cooked that it was hard to eat. This kind of disparity from one week to the next can only be a reflection of poor management and needs to be addressed. I’m hoping they look for ways to improve because I was very disappointed.
