The food was decent, but overpriced. The biggest complaint that I have, and my reason to not return, when I called to place the pickup order, it was obviously with some call center located overseas. I'm not ok paying this much for food when they are paying people in other countries to handle "the customer service/ordering" aspects of their business. Shame!

If I could give this place a negative star I would. Took one bite of the pizza and it was nasty. It tasted old. I called and spoke to the manager and requested a refund back but he was a jerk. I reached out to corporate and they are going to address the situation. My 2 year old daughter has food poisoning. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION.

I've had nothing but problems from this store. I picked up a birthday brownie and it was hard, brittle, and burned. They do not care about food apparently, and do not care about service. Ordered food from here and the delivery driver took my food back to the store. I received an email asking to tip my driver when my food never arrived. No one called me or refunded my card until I called about the email asking for a tip. The store manager said she cld send the pizza etc. Back out to me. I don't want cold pizza that has been riding in a car for 2 hours. They never said anything about a refund I had to ask for my card to be refunded. This place is a joke.

They send you to a out of country place to order over the phone, they won't let you use the in store bathroom when your a paying customer and won't give you change for a high bill will make you leave store to get it broke will not be coming back to this store. They changed the deals when you call and won't give you certain

Did NOT get any food walked in with the OPEN sign clearly ON 45 minutes before posted closing time attempted to order for carry out and was told by the bearded man behind the counter that they were closing early because they had no delivery drivers. ? Really ?? we were IN THE STORE and were going to WAIT for the food to carry OUT!! no delivery driver needed helloooI will NEVER return to this location again and do NOT recommend you do either .I could understand if we showed up 10 minutes before posted closing or if the Open sign was off and a note on the dooror even if it was during Covid-19 lockdown
