Stopped by at drive thru, ordered two hot dogs a small fry and a small shake. $11.49! Never again. Also I did not see where the standard dog comes with chili and onions. Can't drive and eat a chili dog. It also had onions, I don't care for onion. Need to let people know what they are getting. The prices are outrageous. I'll go elsewhere next time

I moved away from this area about 6 years ago and I was in town today and thought I would stop because it used to be so good. I was majorly disappointed. The bread was very dry and smashed flat and the toppings were scarce to none.. The fries taste like old grease and they have cheap ketchup! It has definitely gone downhill over the years.

Excellent hotdogs and fries. Sweet tea was definitely made southern style. Lemonade was to die for. Hadn’t been here in a long time. Glad I got to stop in and grab a bite to eat. Brought back childhood memories of going with the family.

HORRIBLE service. Remarkable incompetence.Took several repetitions at the speaker to get them to read back the order correctly. Once that was settled, we still received wrong items multiple times at the window, each time repeating the correct items and returning the wrong ones. We finally received all but one item and asked about it (again). Despite it having been read off and confirmed at the speaker and discussed at the window, they said it wasn’t rung up and we’d have to be charged again for it - already paid $25. The item was listed off at the speaker before we paid (which took several tries itself), so it had definitely already been paid for. And even after all the other issues, they could have let a drink go. After all that, they didn’t even put the cheese on my sandwich. Utter confusion in there for a basic order - 2 meals, 2 drinks, 2 desserts - with no special directions or substitutions. Okay food but a waste of time. Train better or hire better. Definitely our last visit.

1st time I ate at Sammons, but it won't be the last! Excellent hotdogs! I was afraid it would be the red weenies but it was the good kind.
All in all good food. Just wish they sold regular fries instead of seasoned only.
