Order came out quick. Young lady was very nice. Two of the three things we ordered were terrible. The M&M blast was vanilla ice cream with couple of M&M’s on top and the chunk brownie blast had no brownie in it at all. Just some flakes of chocolate. Terrible!

Ordered cheeseburger and added bacon. Burger came out by a very courteous young man. Called back to let them know I paid for and didn't receive the bacon. A young woman came out and said, 'I know there is bacon on that Burger because I put it on there myself."She might as well call me an outright liar. What did she think? I put it in my pocket for breakfast the next morning?After examining my burger with her ungloved hands, she said she would remake it.She finally admitted it must have been someone else's Burger she put bacon on.Never an apology.The server said she was a manager....??Whatever happened to the customer is always right??As for the Burger? She slapped bacon on the same burger with the bite out and sent it back out to me.Although the onion rings were AWESOME as Sonic's always are, I will never eat at the Elizabethton location again. Hopefully, no one reading this will either. It will be a long time before I eat at any Sonic again.

I went by this past Friday, and they have really picked up the service and the quality of the food tremendously. The servers are much better and understand they work for tips lol and the food is also excellent in quality and served hot and the way it was

These kids are absolutely amazing mid snowstorm. I forget my tea. And they literally chased me down to the road. To make sure I got my tea before I left. And it is so cold outside right now. Most places would have never. These kids are great and they deserve a raise. Makayla and Jesse yall rock.

When I saw that employee spit in a drink and customer showed the drink...all I have to say is that employee in Elizabethton TN would not only be fired but I would have sued the company and the employee separately. These restaurants better get a grip on their employees, before the towns people do!
