Been there a multiple time times and out of the times I have been there have they got my order RIGHT and was it FRESH! Have either had to turn around and have to had my food remade which numerous times whine they ask you if on the screen is correct and you and say yes but the order you get is completely opposite of what the screen said. Then food isn’t fresh. You can Amtrak the microwave the food. ? and other shells are not fresh like they should be. Not like the other toco bells I’ve been to at the same time during that time of day. And this is why I HATE going and EATING at ELIZABETHTON Taco Bell. I have tried numerous times BUT nothing changes at it. And other people say the same! DO BETTER OR YOUR BUSINESS WILL CLOSE. And if so then what will be left to eat in Elizabethton. Already enough places are closing due to customers service not being #1 and being out first. Soon there will be no places to eat in Elizabethton and that said cause I’ve only been here 5 years and seen more places close due to customer service!! Just do better. Do your best cause one day you could be without a job cause you didn’t give it your all.
