The service absolutely sucks. Your staff is incompetent. The drive through service sucks even worse than the dine-in service does. Thos seems to be the norm at every zaxbys in the tri-cities area.

I don't normally take time to write a review but the google reviews vs my experiences eating here at least 3 times over the last year (most recently today) make me want to share with you the following: Expect them to be understaffed, slow to take an order through the drive thru, and the food to be way below average and often not fresh. My wings tasted like they were soaked in celery juice or some chemical before being prepared, making them inedible. Fries were cold and not seasoned. If this is what Zaxbys is supposed to be like, I'll go elsewhere.

Last time I eat there the chicken taste burnt badly!!! It was awful. Paid 25.00 for dinner could not eat it!!! There were very little fries.

This place is neat and clean. They have a lot of interesting stuff to look at while you're enjoying your meal. The chicken was very tasty and the temperature was perfect. As for the service the the little girl " Lily "that waited on us was so sweet. Our granddaughter took her time in ordering because she couldn't make up her mind. So "Lily " help her in making her choice. I wish all restaurants had workers like" Lily" and food is actually good. Keep up the good work Zaxbys!
