Steven one of the supervisors is phenomenal! There was a weird mixup with our reservation and our bay getting double booked. While Steven was trying to get it figured out for us the other party came up and demanded to speak with a supervisor to "figure out" why this happened. We just offered them our spot (even though we had made the reservation hours prior) because we could tell that the other party were going to be inconsiderate of the glitch and rude.It took a bit to get us a clean bay but Steven extended our time by an extra 30 minutes and we had a blast. The food was also delicious of course.By the end of our time we realized that it didn't ask for us to pay and today our deposit got refunded so Steven worked some magic and got us our 2.5hrs of play time for free since we were understanding of the situation.He is incredible and we have been to Topgolf many times with our families but will continue just for the superb treatment.Long story short it pays to be kind and understanding ?

We went out for a birthday dinner for our friends. The time there was amazing. We had a COUPLE alcoholic drinks and stayed for about 3hrs. After finishing our time we went outside to take pictures and sat in our car. We sat in the car for about 1hr just talking and watching videos on our phone when all of a sudden the security guard walked right out when my fiancé came from the bathroom. He stayed outside watching us, for over an hour he walked around the parking lot staring and taking pictures of us. Soon enough police surrounded our car. Six cops informed us that he called because we were "drinking " in the car. There was absolutely no sign of drinks in the car besides plastic water bottles. I have never felt so uncomfortable in my life. I am deeply disappointed in the security company. (All four windows was down)

Topgolf in Knoxville is great for any occasion! On my most recent visit, the ball machine ran out. Staff members quickly got it refilled and took quick action to clear the subsequent jam. Due to my having to wait on team members to fix the issues (for seriously no more than 10 minutes), I got a credit to my bill. I didn't request it, nor was I raging mad about the technical difficulties. Technology sometimes fails... it happens. Management took it upon themselves to give me the credit. Even before that minor setback, staff took great care of us! We didn't have to really wait for food and drinks. They were on top of it. It's a fun atmosphere, and I highly suggest going at night if you get a chance. The targets light up and occasionally do a little light show with the music.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly atmosphere. If you've never been to a topgolf, just picture a setup similar to a bowling alley. Individual bays with ample room throughout.

He always made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience (as some members of the team have never played golf before).Cameron was super helpful at our bay as well. He was really friendly and patient with us!All of the people at Top Golf were extremely helpful, patient, and friendly. Even though the fundraiser was a "competition," the atmosphere was full of sportsmanship!Congratulations to the Soccer for All competition winners, and thank you again Top Golf for hosting!

Always a great time but today, the server Sydney was above and beyond! Very attentive, informative, and kind. It was a great trip to TopGolf. So fun and the heater was a plus. It was sunny but windy and that took the chill off. Mac N Cheese bites are the best ever and the queso is better than any Mexican restaurant!

This was my second experience at Topgolf. My first time was awesome. This time was also great!While waiting on our Bay to open me and my husband ordered 2 draft beers from the upstairs bar. I left a CASH tip and wrote "zero" on the tip line of the receipt.We went and played golf once our Bay opened and had a great experience!Then, the next day I checked my bank account. Seems the bartender added herself an extra 2 bucks to the receipt.I immediately called Topgolf. I explained the situation. Thankfully I had kept my recceipt.They assured me it would be fixed and someone would call me. I've yet to hear from anyone and my bank account still hasn't been credited back.I realize it's 2 bucks... but it's the principle of the matter.I plan on calling my bank this morning to dispute the charge.Keep your receipts if you go to Topgolf. Especially if you get a couple beers from the bar while waiting on your Bay to open!Other than that, it's a phenomenal place!I'm doubtful I will hear back from them.UPDATE: After speaking with a couple of rude people through their Call Center, the actual Manager at the Knoxville Topgolf called me and is making this right .... and refunding my money to my bank account. Thank you Mr. Collins.
