Pizza buffet was good quality and fresh. They were out of silverware, so we had to wait an additional five minutes or so for them to be retrieved from their dishwasher before we could eat our salads. Clean and pleasant atmosphere and surrounding. They offer daily specials as well. I will be back with family.

Update:::: We contacted Levi about this and he fixed.the problem. He refunded us our money. Thank you Levi Holt.........Took my family here to eat tonight on 3/20/24. I asked if I could get some wings because they where out and the Manager on duty tonight told me she wasn't sure. So I kindly reminded her that every paper at every table states endless wings till 9:00 pm. This conversation happened just a little before 8:00pm. So I asked the waitress why couldn't we get wings because one side was empty and the other side was dry and was sitting there for awhile. Not one minute later the manager came out screaming at everyone. Like that's very unprofessional

We were treated like royalty. Had an awesome night here! Food was great, and the staff was overly accommodating.
Since when do you have to thaw out fresh made dough??? Nice great big fail there Andy!!!Let's fast forward for a year+ and the 5 times that I've ordered there since the thawing out fresh dough incident! I've had missing ingredients, under cooked, and just all around terrible pies every time! Now they can't even give you the correct pie on pick up and you have to go back to get what you ordered but now someone else has my pie, and they have to make me another, HOW DO YOU MAKE & BAKE A PIE IN 5 MINUTES????? You can't unless it's raw!!! The manager wanted my info so that I could get a free pie on my next visit, she wrote down my info on a notepad, not a professional documentation was given to me or filled out by manager, just a note on a piece of paper that probably wound up in the trash as soon as I left the store! It smelled funny on the drive home, found out that it had more missing ingredients, cold in the middle and the cheese was hardly melted. And it caused me to puke later that night, NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!! They can take that free pie they want to give me and stuff it! I guess I'll just have to drive the extra 6 miles to town and get a much better pie from a place more reliable!!!

I want to start by saying they’re bored up on the screen states that the buffet is $5.99 but it rang up $8.99 Me and my three children came to pizza Inn to eat dinner. This is our second visit here. The first visit was very pleasant. The food was great no issues no problems this visit not so much to start with. There wasn’t much pizza to really choose from. mostly it was all hand tossed no thin crust they didn’t have any more apples so they couldn’t make the apple dessert I asked for a refill of sweet tea and she said they was out of tea ? so we got a Buffalo style pizza made my son started eating it and found Hair baked into the pizza. I picked the hair up and it picked the whole piece of pizza up with it. That basically made us all lose our appetites. I let the server know she was going to discount our food but another girl walks up and just hand us two free buffet cards and we pay right at $55 for me and three children , when we didn’t even finish eating due to Hair being baked in the food, I told her we probably will not be back because this trip was not a pleasant trip. And paying $54 and some change to have hair baked pizza was not worth it. I recommended them to wear hairnets when they were making the pizzas. No one back there that was making pizza was wearing hairnets. And I don’t recall seeing them wear any type of gloves while they We’re making the pizzas either. I will not be back to this pizza Inn in Fayetteville, Tennessee Sincerely, a very unhappy customer.

Stopped in for the buffet. Man, it was good. Had been a long time since I had Pizza Inn, was as good as I remember. The staff were friendly, and helpful. The buffet was well stocked they even offered requests if we were looking for something to our liking. Wasn't needed they already had my favorite choices fresh, and on hand.
We had lunch here after my wife's grandfather's funeral with all of her family. They only had the assistant manager and her daughter working at that time as it was at 2ish in the middle of the week (not a prime time) as we showed up with a very large . The service was exceptional, they was both on top of things with drinks and keeping pizzas coming out nonstop. Some of the best service I have ever had at a restaurant. They are truly assets to the company.
