I decided to have 2 brisket sandwich meals delivered to my hotel since I wasn't going to get off work to make it before they closed. The brisket was super dry. Brisket is too expensive to not get done right! I definitely will not be getting anything else from this place! I'm super upset because I was so hungry for some good BarBQue and didn't want to make the drive to the BarBQue place that was highly recommended! Not sure if it was late or because if it was because it was delivery and not dine in that my brisket was so dry and disappointing!

Been up in Spring Hill a year now. Done tried JJs ( Columbia) , Martin's ( Spring Hill) and recently tried Kinfolks. We actually threw Martin's in the trash.. a first with bbq in over 15-20 years. JJs left us missing back home ( Purple Dasiy in Chattanooga or Bama Boys over in Henegar Al).... Kinfolks was good but left my sauce out of a to-go order.Bar-b Cuties wasn't a grand slam on anything BUT delivered all the way around. Order was correct. Thay have a drive thru window which is awesome lol.Got the family pack.Pulled pork and sauce was good.Baked beans hit the spot.Cole slaw was even pretty good.We gotta a few more bbq joints to try but will definitely be back for more cuties!

Honestly super disappointed. My boyfriend and I came here to get BBQ after driving 7+ hours on our trip home. We got the 2 meat brisket and bbq rib plate, and the 3 meat with brisket, bbq, and pulled chicken. Both come with corn bread and two sides. Our pickup was for 7:30, we got there right on time to pick up and it was coldThe brisket SUCKED. It was dry, probably the worst brisket I've ever had. We could've gotten better brisket from Chicago. Ribs were okay, but we ordered it wet and it was dry as a bone in terms of sauce. Fried pickes were good, but they don't come with ranch which was unexpected. The corn bread was laughable, it wasn't cornbread, it was literally shaped and tasted like a pancake. My boyfriend got a 3 meat plate, and didn't even get his 3rd meat (pulled chicken) so I can't really speak on it since we didn't get what we ordered. Mac and cheese was kind of cafeteria rsk but potato salad was good. Waste of 45 bucks.

Order pick up - 3 meat plate. I didn't even get all the meats I ordered, the brisket is the driest meat I've ever attempted to try. The "wet" ribs were alright, I suppose. Wet would be an overstatement as there was no sauce on them. I can't even review the pulled chicken as I didn't get it. The Mac and cheese may as well be craft. The one decent product is the potato salad but you'll hardly get a servings worth. The food also came cold. I didn't realize this was a fast food BBQ establishment, but I wouldn't pay $20 for this ish again. Take your money to a better establishment.Edit: I did call to also give some verbal feedback, and should hace requested a refund but in the moment of disappointment any reasonable logic went out the window. I was offered a comped meal, but I think a refund should have been offered and would have been a more appropriate way to make things right as I'm passing through and only here for one night.

We had a great time here for dinner! The cashier (Nancy) was super friendly and knew the menu like the back of her hand. She recommended we try the onion rings with their Carolina sauce and it was a hit!My crew ordered a variety of sides and meats and all of it was good.

My husband brought home this food, and it was gross; it was bad enough to the point that I couldn’t try to eat more than a teaspoon of each item. The roast beef, gravy and mashed potatoes had a perfume taste to them. And the green beans tasted like it came from a tin can. So disappointed in this food that I asked my husband to not get food from here anymore.

Heres the deal, ultimately we can't know everyone's needs. wants or wishes but I had an allergic reaction due to a pork sandwich instead of chicken. As traumatizing as that was for me when I came back TeTe, an employee made it right despite the fact it wasn't him involved with the issue to begin with. this is huge in my book. Food is not everything , finding a staff that cares is amazing!

Staff or atmosphere was not as good or as friendly as it used to be.Okra was super hard & overcooked, baked potato was gross & had too much cheese, which was also hard. No sour cream. The pork was chewy, not tender & tasted like vinegar. Didn't eat 1/2 of anything.Service was not warm or inviting. Hugely disappointed, I won't be back. Too much money for nothing.

I love going through the drive-through for an afternoon snack of fried okra, which is the last time I was there. I've also ordered the children's barbecue sandwich and a side for a late lunch that I didn't want to be too full for dinner. It was perfect. I'm so glad they have a drive-through, for when I'm out running errands all day, I love the food! they have the best sides also!!

The food was next level amazing and the portions were huge. We ate for 44 dollars total and that included a shared order of fried pickles and two HUGE entrees. The staff was nice and the restaurant was decorated in a cute BBQ style (red checkered table clothes!). The only down side? Fox News was on the TV. That was fine because I was so absorbed by the massive amount of pulled pork, brisket and sausage on my plate.
