Absolutely horrible experience. We waited one hour to get our food and they brought us all the wrong order. We experienced horrible service from the hosts to the manager who couldn’t even look me in the face or talk with me. Wasted our evening and didn’t even get our meals. 1 star service. This place has gone down hill.

Limited knowledge, I've been there once to try it. Service was awesome and food was exceptional. I imagine I'll be back quite a bit. The only con I encountered is some tables against the wall are close together. This puts you just about back-to-back with the people behind you. This however, did not detract from my experience. So 5 stars.

Save yourself a trip. First time there. Won't be back. Tiny salad for $15. Husband had soggy fries. They never once checked on us AND it took way too long to get my bill. There are too many other choices to waste my time here again.

We enjoyed the music and layout of the restaurant. The fried pickles were a delicious appetizer, and the house fries were the perfect amount of crispy and salty. We tried the OG Smash Burger, the Classic, and the Ramsey.The only criticism I have is at the tables on the main floor there is nothing to do with your purse except to set it on the floor or hold it in your lap.

Coming in from out of town, very good place to stop if heading towards Nashville or elsewhere. Rock solid menu, and a nice bar too.
I'll start with the positive, which was the burger. I ordered the "Classic" and it was a 5 star caliber burger, for sure!I ordered sweet potato fries on the side, which were okay (average). My son ordered the truffle fries which were very greasy, and he barely ate any of them.The service was not good. I rated it a 2 because it wasn't awful, and at least when the wait staff DID acknowledge us, they weren't rude.However, just basic service etiquette was lacking all around.Primarily, we got our drinks, they were nearly gone when the waitress finally took our order (she should have refilled then). When the server brought our food out, both of our glasses were completely empty and sitting on the side of the table, again, he completely ignored them.At least 8 times waitresses and the hostess walked right by our table (our waitress did 3 times before she finally asked us if we wanted refills.... DUH!)Our food was practically all eaten by this point.The food was good, the service was bad. Overall, it was just okay. It could've been a lot better.

The food was fantastic. I had an OG Smashburger and sweet potato truffle fries. Both were excellent. The service could have been better. In their defense, we arrived during the dinner rush. Our waitress was possibly spread across too many tables, I'm not really sure but we had to flag her down for anything we needed. She never came to our table to check on us. On the atmosphere, this is more of a personal preference. I'm not a fan of restaurants that have such open seating. We had our own table for your group but it felt like we were sitting with lots of other groups/people. Definitely, give this place a try. The food will not disappoint!

We arrived a little before 5:00 this evening and sat right down. We started with fried pickles and they were really good. The three of us orders burgers and were looking forward to the meal as Burger Up was recommended to us as a must eat while in Nashville. Then we waited, and waited…… and waited. We rarely saw the waiter. When we did he kept telling us our food should be right out. Then we noticed all the people around us, who arrived well after us, had their food and many were halfway done eating. Finally I stopped the waiter and asked if there was a problem. He said that there “was a problem with our ticket” but that they had moved it to the front of the line. I guess that means our order was overlooked or not turned in. Finally, 45 minutes later our food was brought out. Our server told us “it really didn’t take that long once they got started on it”. ? My wife and son’s burgers were pretty good but my burger (backyard burger) just tasted like chili powder. It wasn’t eatable. Terrible. My son got the same thing and his wasn’t that way. We were very disappointed. I’m sure our experience isn’t the norm. Unfortunately it was our experience.
