My wife just ordered a bunch of stuff, including a platter of brownies (12) that my daughter needed for a high school sorority dinner tonight. Got home, no platter of brownies. (hindsight: should have checked before pulling away) Called and got a half-hearted, "Oh, sorry." Drove back, showed receipt and was handed another bag. Got home. 6 brownies. (again, hindsight) This isn't the first time we've had something missing from an order. It is the first time, however, that the correction was incorrect. All of this in a 45 minute window with no time left for a 3rd attempt.

The chicken quality has really gone down hill and the prices up hill! $9 for a chicken sandwich and only half is edible the other half is fat and nasty, pound the chicken out evenly. Cook the nuggets little longer so the batter is crispy.

I fear this will be my last chick fila a review for a while being as they are discontinuing the greatest fast food sandwich. I will be back when the Honey Pepper Chicken sandwich is back.
