My steak was pretty good despite the food runner was vaping in the kitchen. Yes, vaping in the kitchen. Sitting in the bar you can see into the kitchen area. Service was decent. Manager had his hands full dealing with complaints. Too bad we are settling for sub standard help these days and letting people perform at a poor level. No accountability. Instead we just except this is the new normal. Vaping is not exceptable at any level in the kitchen.

They told me wait is about 10-15 minutes for dine in and i waited for 1hr 15 min but still couldn’t get any table and had to leave. I expected better customer service. They never checked on us nor updated about anything or how much linger would it be. I had to ask them multiple times and employees attitude was very unprofessional

The server was very short with us and acted eritated and also took almost 30 min to bring our food even though there were only 4 tables and they messes up the order and we also got sick afterwards. Im never eating there again.
My advice….close the place. Absolutely disgusting. Heard employees yelling at each other. Old food on the ground. If you walk to the bathroom look down the hall in the kitchen. Food was everywhere and all over the ground. How do you guys function and maintain staying open? My food was burnt and cold which I didn’t know that was possible. Service was absolutely miserable in the bar area. Beer was warm. Bartender literally had no idea what they were doing. read all the other reviews because they are just like mine. And there was literally no one in there. This is cool springs right by the mall there is a reason why you have nobody in there. Fix it or close

I'm done with chilis. I ordered smokehouse combo and my ribs were left out. I called and was hung up on 4 times before speaking to someone. When I did finally speak to a staff member, she told me it was my fault and I needed to pay full price for ribs instead of expecting a discount. I didn't know that receiving the food u ordered and paid for was a discount. The manager spent ten minutes trying to convince me that I ordered something different than I did and also wanted to charge me a 2nd time for the food I already paid for. I threw this plate away and I will tell everyone I know to not visit a Chilis since they believe customers should be happy to get whatever they decide to give em. DONT VISIT CHILIS. TAKE UR BUSINESS TO RESTAURANTS THAT APPRECIATE CUSTOMERS

Went for a drink and an appetizer of Diper Trio. It was around 3:30-4 pm and when my frozen sangria margarita came, there were 2 because it was happy hour. I would rather have had the choice of 2 for 1 or a half price drink. I didn't really want 2 cocktails.

Going to this Chili's was probably one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. It took about 10 minutes for a waiter to finally notice we walked in, we were just standing there and were the only ones waiting. The waiter sat us down without any silverware while all the other people she sat down, got there's. We ordered water and it took 10 minutes to bring out. We ordered our food and I tried mine and I did not like it at all, they kindly asked if. I wanted something else but I didn't. She refused to take it off the bill even though I didn't eat any of it. But I guess it was the policy that they couldn't but having to pay that much for something I didn't eat was very annoying. I would not recommend this location.

When we arrived we were told about staff shortage. We were seated after a brief wait. We had a party of 4. There were larger parties that arrived after us, and they were seated after a brief wait. The waiter was courteous, and the wait time for our order was reasonable. The atmosphere was great. Only excited noises were at the bar watching the game. We sat close to the bar and were also watching the game amid our conversation. We had an enjoyable time and will visit again.

First we walked in and were not greeted , then someone came over and told us the restaurant was open seating “just grab a menu and head to where you’d like” . We did as requested and chose to sit next to other guests. I was immediately turned on to the fact the waitress was heavily overburdened by people just sitting in her section.However that being said I gave her service 5 stars because she never once let a drink empty or can to our table without a smile on her face. The food was sub par to say the least and honestly I have gotten better from fast food. The atmosphere was that of a shut down business, it was so dull in the restaurant. We will most definitely not be back spending our own money. I recommend you look elsewhere where to spend your money on food.
