Would say this was the worse Chinese food I have had in my 52 years. The egg roll was soaked in oil and the pepper steak, well I cannot describe the flavor. Dumplings was ok, but the sauce they include opened up during transit because they used a cheap lid.

We decided to order from China Gourmet for the first time ever as we were next door at the UPS Store. I said that I wanted to order egg foo young. The guy behind the counter screams, "No egg foo young, chicken wings or moo shu!!!" The attitude was totally uncalled for as I surely did not bring any attitude to the table. We left the restaurant and sought food elsewhere. It was a Friday evening and the place was empty. Maybe that is why.

Yuck. Based on the menu I had high hopes. I get home with my food and we serve it up. Nice portions but that was about it. The Orange Chicken was in a sauce that must of come out of a bottle as that color doesn't exist in nature. I had the Pork in Garlic Sauce and my wife had Chicken in Garlic Sauce ... neither had any flavor. The worst was the fried rice. It tasted like it had been cooked in OLD oil It was HORRIBLE. The only bright spot was the Hot and Sour Soup which was some of the tastiest I have had since moving back to middle TN. Won't be back, except maybe for the soup.

These spring rolls are minuscule! Same prices a lot less quality food. This is just insane, our entire order was like this. It just made me laugh to think that they actually thought that they could get away with this. Pathetic.

I really like this place. The combos are great and they're really fast at preparing your order. I ordered the Beef with broccoli, sweet n sour pork, spring rolls and pork fried rice. Good stuff!

This is absolutely the worst Chinese restaurant I've ever eaten at in my life. I literally downloaded Yelp just so I could torch the s*** out of this place. Rice was uncooked, chicken was possibly dog, took forever, and was way overpriced. The best part of the meal was the bottle of coke I had, even the fortune cookie was burnt and terrible. ANYBODY who thinks this place is good is high.

They give less food prices have went up. Soup taste like dishwashing liquid. You don’t get your money worth. Before these new owners took over it was good. Nothing good about it anymore. Good luck

Ordered shrimp in lobster sauce with white rice. I received fried rice instead of white rice. They would not answer the phone and I was advised upon picking up my order that they turned their phone off due to being out of broccoli. Will not be returning.
I was over charged for food that they refused to take responsibility for. When i got my delivery i noticed my order was not complete. I called the store the gentleman instead of helping me he starts arguing with me over a $4 dollar item. I been a customer for 13 years and never been treated like this. You just lost a long term customer for four dam dollars. wow

I read the reviews and was really looking forward to ordering from here. Ordered delivery and honestly the food was Meh! Given they promote themselves as NY Chinese I was excited about it, but it wasn't the NY I remember. I don't understand how people gave this place 4 Stars??! We ordered General Tso's dinner. It really tasted and looked like Sweet & Sour Chicken. The fried rice looked like Mexican or Spanish rice?! The egg roll filing was good, but the egg roll itself wasn't crispy. The only highlight of this meal was the Hot & Sour soup. Also, we ordered the Pork Chow Mein which was meh. Not that much pork and it was just big noodles with not much flavor. Beef & Broccoli was okay, but mainly broccoli and hardly any meat. Also, I love ordering crispy wonton (fried noodle here) from restaurants, even ordered extra and they were oily and soggy! I did get a lot of side sauces, which is cool. But for Chinese Food Delivery that was Meh for close to $50...I could have gone to Panda Express and paid $30 less.

This used to be good but the changes make it the worst in town. Chicken on a stick was just tossed in a bag with no sticks. The fried pork wonton was tiny pieces with very little meat. Not a cheap lunch just cheap quality. Gave us two tiny napkins. And to top it off obviously a meal for at least two and the cheap owner gave one fortune cookie! Never again. ?

Enjoyed takeout lunch very much! Favorite thing was hot & sour soup and chips. Moo Goo Gai Pan with chicken was very good. Will ask for white rice next time. That is a good comfort dish for women. I will be back!
