If you're ordering delivery, even though you order through one service you get stuck with dumbdash. If I knew this from the beginning I wouldn't have wasted my time. For almost $30 I got cold food and no drink.

Will never eat here again after seeing MULTIPLE poor health inspections. Several issues were reported and repeatedly not corrected, so the staff does not care about cleanliness, sanitation, and especially cross-contamination or proper food storage/preparation. I would be absolutely shocked if no one has gotten sick from this place.

One star is being too generous. The cook behind the grill blew his nose while preparing my food. The clerk refused to cancel my order due to the food "being ready". DO NOT Patronize this establishment. If I saw the cook blowing his nose while making my food in person, I can't imagine what they do to other people's food who are not present.

Went to this place to order some food while waiting for my food I saw one of the guys in the kitchen blowing his nose over the food so l told him to cancel the order, he refused and started shouting at me. it was my first time going there it was my worst experience at an Asian restaurant. Terrible chef. Nearly zero service. No one came to ask us what to drink. The environment looked like the owner planning to close the business the next day. As for the food, the only comment is, I cook dinner for my family and I do a better job than their chefs.

I had ordered from here once before and it was good, but this time, what a huge disappointment. I was staying in a hotel not far from the Bamboo house and used Uber to pick up my order. They were thirty minutes late on delivery and the Uber driver even apologized on their behalf for being so late. I ordered the Shrimp salad and Happy family with Lo-mein ( paid extra for that too) and both were awful. the shrimp salad was frozen in the center and had to microwave it just to eat it, luckily the shrimp were in a separate container, and because they were frozen once the ice thawed it was tasteless. ate the shrimp by them selves. I ordered Happy family as my entree, and it too was cold and needed to be warmed up. It was bland, no flavor at all....it came with white rice, but I paid extra for Lo-mein and that was a no show. Because I was in a hotel I asked for "silverware" and a couple of sauces and they too were a no show. All in all it was a huge let down. I wont be ordering from them again.
