I placed a online pick up order and I got to Chiptole. Walked in to the pick up area. No one greeted or said a word. Which I had no issue with because I was in a hurry to get my lunch and get back to work. My receipt says Promised Napkins/Utensils. But I didn't get napkins or utensils. I had to eat with my fingers then I decided to go to MCD and get a fork. My work doesn't have any forks or utensils there and since my reciept on the bag says Promised: S Bowl, chips. Napkin/utensils. I assumed my bag had what I needed to eat my lunch. But nope, I was wrong. Other than eating with fingers, the food tasted great! I dislike the lie saying Promised something is in my bag when it's not.

Food was great and quick friendly service. Dining area was a mess though! Trash all over the floor with food and chips and drinks spilled and not cleaned up. The dining area was the only downfall to a great lunch. Got a reply from owner but unable to send message to him. Please provide number to contact please?

Skimped everything. When I told them they were barely giving me food, they had an attitude. Worst chipotle location by far. 1 bowl at the Brentwood chipotle had more than both my bowls here. Don’t eat here. Make the drive to other chipotle’s

Worst Chiptole location ever. The rice was stale and when I went to tell the employees they didn’t care. They didn’t pull the rice and continued to serve/charge other costumers for it. The restaurant was a complete mess with food and trash everywhere. The bathrooms were dirty. Don’t waste your money here and go get five guys burgers up the street.

Just order today. My son was suppose to get rice and pork. Drive away and discovered they never put pork in his dish. What king of dummy makes a to go plate with starch and no protein. Had to go back and complain and front desk says don’t get mad at me I didn’t make. They put the pork in it but yet they still kept the tip for the take out order where they provided no extra service and made me fix their errors. Plus I asked for un sweat tea and they gave me sweet tea. The employees at this location are very very incompetent, they don’t care, they do not read the orders.I will not come back hereI will not recommend this location to friendsThe manager of this location is an idiot for allow this kind of service to happen under his/her watch and should be fired along with the rest of the department staffYou guys really really suck at your job are are patheticPeter

Very fulfilling, tasty and unique. Little pricey compared to other Mexican outlets, especially it being a chain the prices could have been slightly lower. Avoid getting the green sauce if you can't handle spicy food.
ALL employees EXTREMELY RUDE serving portions are horrible food cold will NEVER COME BACK AVOID IF POSSIBLE TRUST ME!!!
