Chrysalis is a big-budget restaurant but offers scrumptious food, solicitous service, and a charming atmosphere.

One of our new favorites in north Wilco. Really exceptional kitchen skills and wait staff. Yall need to put this place in your rotation. Really solid menu - something for anyone and everyone. Good for a date or a group of friends or bidness. Pasta was exceptional - I had the linguini salmon with lemon / capers and wife the linguini chicken pesto in a cream sauce. I meant to take some home but - oh well! Waiter was a pro - gave great recommendations and checked on us regularly. Nice to have a solid Italian experience to keep us from going in to town which is getting ever more unpleasant what with paid parking everywhere and such. Ciao yall!

They weren’t slammed on Friday night and the service was off and on. I didn’t know who our waiter was. They interchanged a lot. The Caesar salad was soggy, it sat in the window for 25 minutes, they took it off our ticket. Caesar lettuce is almost impossible to slime. Again, they weren’t that busy. The “northern Italian” flounder dish was weird and poorly thought out. This fish was super slimy and tasteless. Pan sear it for flavor or something, caramelize the edges, throw some salt on it. Throw butter and white wine in it. They threw the veggies under the SMALL 4-5oz fish, a low amount of veggies and it’s 30 bucks. They “ran out” of broccoli and overcooked the asparagus. No garnishes with the entrees, weird. My goodness, you have tons of appetizer items to build this simple dish up. Try garlic chips or something deep fried, like carrot and beet strips to compliment the dishes. Build the dishes UP, literally. This isn’t a pancake restaurant. Basic chef school principles missing in dish presentation. The lemon sauce was absolutely horrific, too acidic and broken and wayyy to many capers. Again, they were not busy. The coke was flat, probably want to check that. Have a sit down BEFORE you open up to the public via waiters, expediting, and cooking. Don’t order the flounder, TAKE IT OFF THE MENU. Try something easier then work your way up. I know it’s a strip mall restaurant, but don’t let this deter you. I’ve been there done that.

This is the BEST FOOD and Service I have ever had!! Awesome menu and food is very fresh and tasty!! I highly recommend eating here !!
Our server (Hannah) was wonderful! Drinks were interesting and very good. Food was a nice take on Italian standards - flavorful, good combinations. The lemoncello dessert was large and excellent. The restaurant was a bit noisier than I like.Kid-friendliness: This is high end Italian - not sure it's appropriate for children.

The manager met with us, explaining he had over booked the restaurant, it was full, on a Monday, resulting in only 2 wait staff, extremely long wait times for food (over an hour) and bar drinks. Also, plates with homemade spaghetti were under cooked and inedible. Other dishes were very good, including pizza and scallops. There is a children’s menu with simple pasta.
Food is wonderful! Highly recommend the meatballs! Always wonderful service. Fresh pasta is always recommended. They also have gluten free pasta. The focaccia bread is also a must have.

Wow! Just wow! Love the menu since they change out their specials so you can always get something new. We got there early- around 5:00pm and we noticed by 6:30 there was a long wait and the sound level raised (like most restaurants). And the drinks are fabulous! I can’t remember the names of dishes, but I loved the spicy pasta dish. Great flavor. Husband got the Surf n Turf and was amazed! The price is high mostly due to the drinks. We will absolutely be returning frequently.

This was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Brenner was a fantastic concierge of delicious delights. He recommended the Piatto Plate (Build your own charcuterie), a Bellini beverage, Chicken Saltimbocca with Tagliatelle pasta & Limoncello Trifle for dessert! We will be back!

Loved the idea of this place. We sat at the bar, and the bartender was very nice. We shared a bread plate, and it was very delightful, so I had high hopes for our entrees. We had to ask where our food was bc the ladies next to us order 10ish minutes after us but got their food first. The meals were okay - may give another shot bc maybe I ordered the wrong thing, but it was kinda pricy for okay food. I didn't take my leftovers home ?

Really good food, and great service. Very happy with my experience and my group was taken very well care of. We tried three different cocktails on the menu and they were okay, not blockbuster level though. I would recommend a reservation during peak times because the place isn't huge inside, although they can accommodate folks at the bar as well. I would recommend!
