I won't definitely buy anything at this location again, I waited for a long time for a curbside order. I shared my location and parking spot, waiting in the parking area and the staff did not care about it.

I arrived earlier than my daughter and her family of 7 and had to wait on them at least 20 minutes after being seated on A Friday night. Hector was our server. He was kind and patient and provided amazing service. The food was great as well. Overall great experience!

My family and I were visiting and decided to have lunch at this particular location. There was one family that was seated in the area we were placed. There were 2 other families that arrived after us. Unfortunately, he greeted those families first and gave them their chips and salsa. Then he approached us after we have been waiting for 5 minutes or more. Once I questioned him, he kinda laughed it off. There is no place for bad customer service. We will not tolerate or return to this location or Chuy’s in the future. We left and went to another restaurant called “Jonathan”. Great customer service!!!!

I’ve been there twice and I’ve enjoyed both times. They created a dish for me that currently isn’t on their menu! The atmosphere is always happy and friendly! Franklin will be on my list to visit every year and so will Chuy’s!!!

Update: Gave another try this afternoon, and tortillas missing. Never again!Today I Had a large order fajitas for two, two cheese dips, extra tortillas, extra jalapeño dip, but the cold items for the fajitas was missing from my order. Very disappointing, I don't plan to return as this is the 2nd time items have been missing.
Found metal pieces in my food that almost broke my tooth, so I decided to leave only $2 for tips. The server was very upset and told me that he didn’t cook the food.

Usually we love Chuy's but not this time. My order came out wrong so when I did finally get what I ordered it was not as good as it normally is. Usually we love the margaritas but they were not good at all, they tasted like a sour mix of something and there was no Tequila what so ever. So
