Staff was nice and happy and inviting. Atmosphere was pretty and clean. Your pizza sucks. Flavorless sauce. Dough tasted like salt. Feta was the only flavor distinguishable. Your fries are an embarrassment to potatoes everywhere!! No salt, limp and looks like apple slices. This was the worst food experience I had in years. Then you call these fries, steak fries ?. Stop lying about your fries. This was thin potato slivers. I'm still mad about this food. I was hungry when I went so I figured I would like it either way...NOPE!!! First time bad food beat out hunger. Never coming back. And stop serving fries, just give people carrot sticks or something.

We just did a take out got our pizza home and it's entirely black burned and edible. I took a photo. We are too tired from a long day of work to drive back and get another. Our last pizza was not cooked and also inedible. We used to go here a lot but no more.

Not worth it, unless you have no other choice and are starving. We ordered a little of everything and nothing was great. The wing were mostly skin and fat. Super greasy and hardly any meat. The Cesar salad was mostly bread crumbs. I don't think there was any cheese. The dressing was watered down and not enough for the larger size portion. The pizzas, we got the larger size cheese, it was crust was ok but pizza was super salty. Also ordered a smaller size bbq chicken. Might have had one tiny piece of chicken per slice --might! The middle was soggy probably because of the small personal size portion. Lastly, we ordered the Italian sandwich. For $16 we were expecting a portion like when you go into a mom and pop deli and they load it with meat. Nope. Not at all. I think my husband could have gone to subway for a better sandwich. Service was fine. Cashier was friendly. It was extremely loud and echoey. Maybe because it was quiet? Not a huge deal. Mostly sad we spend a small fortune on a less than mediocre pizza place.

Got the potato pizza, not quite what we expected based on the description. There were 8 small chunks of super greasy potato, a handful of crispy bacon on top but the majority was under the cheese and soft/soggy. Dough wasn't crispy but was dense and had the flavor and texture of an English muffin. Flavor was bland even if you got a bite with all toppings because both the potato and the sauce had no depth of flavor. I don't think I'd come back, given the price. BRINDY: If you'd actually like more info and to make it right, DM me. 9 days later. Still waiting for a response. Terrible food and service. One star less for service.

Not typically one to write reviews but I was inspired to do so after two attempts to get a decent pizza at Coal Town Pizza, both with pretty poor results. Let’s face it people, it’s hard to make bad pizza. Not every pizza is great but…….. pizza is one of things that’s hard to mess up. Well, Coal Town Pizza has seemingly found a way to make a pizza that I just won’t eat. I see a lot of past positive reviews on here and I am certain that at one time the quality control was much better. I also know that post Covid, business have struggled hard with staffing and I am understanding of that. Their pizza is, I believe, fairly priced for todays market. That being said, both times I received pizza with cracker thin crust, significantly burnt on the bottom, with seemingly no pizza sauce, sparse toppings, and a overpowering salty taste. The salty taste was really something else, take a saltine cracker, and dip it in the Gulf of Mexico and …….. Voila! Not trying to pile on here, but if a frozen store bought oven pizza outpaces the taste and quality of a brick and mortar specialty pizza restaurant , something has gone wrong and I hope management fixes it. Other than that it’s in a very cool location, located in a beautiful planned community commons, surrounded by other nice shops and restaurants.

Their pizza is delicious and fresh. I love that they have vegan and gluten-free options. We love the view on their porch. Service was fast. Staff is friendly, be sure to ask about what has gluten in it because some of their special pizzas contains gluten. We would definitely come back.Vegetarian options: Vegan MozzarellaGarden PizzaKid-friendliness: The porch is definitely kid friendly. There is a little feild of grass kids can play on while waiting for food. Along with bench swings.Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free dough

Loved it! It was in a super cute building. HIGHLY recommend the Smashed Potato pizza and the S’mores pizza!!! Both unique and SO good. There was a bit of a wait, but it was a Friday night. I’d be more concerned if there wasn’t a wait. It was well worth it though! The staff was very kind and they even offered drinks(nonalcoholic) while we waited.
