I get nervous every time I want to grab a latte here, because I’m never sure if the staff is going to be unfriendly/rude. I’ve had one or two experiences with very nice, friendly people here. But most of the time the staff seems like they are annoyed. I think it must be an upper management or ownership issue, because it is just as bad at The Factory location, lately. Again, there are a couple very nice employees. But most of the employees seem irritated or inconvenienced by the customers. The lattes are hit or miss. The recipes for seasonal lattes are always good, but sometimes they aren’t made very well. They refuse to make a breve latte (a latte made with half and half, rather than regular milk). Every other cafe makes a breve (even Starbucks). It reminds me of another review I just read about “we don’t put honey in your latte for you” haha. It’s almost funny.

All of the drinks I have ordered have been good. My wife loves the matcha maker. Their espresso was incredibly fruity last time I was there. Will definitely go back.

Not as good as the previous owners. Miss the coconuts and coffee. The food is way overpriced, coffee is good. Doesn’t have the vibe it once had.

Good food. Feels like the employees are high or something because they are doing every minimal task as slow as possible. We also ordered the smoothie with no peanut butter, and they gave it to us with peanut butter. Unfortunately, the smoothies are kind of terrible. I do not recommend this place to be honest. There are much better options out there.

Quality coffee and tasty treats. Love the avocado toast and açaí bowl. An iced or hot cuban is perfection. Smaller coffee shop so if you plan to sit and work or have a plug for your laptop, get there early or when it’s not busy!We love their coffee beans and get them ground for our espresso maker at home. Such high quality and taste!

So I normally love honest coffee, I generally get a cortado and enjoy it very well. But I must say that multiple times almost half of I ask for Honey Syrup. To which I’m told yes we have some at the bar for you. I’m aware of this but I prefer the honey mixed into the espresso so it blends well when the milk is added. I know probably too much to ask. I then ask if they can put it in for me. Reluctantly the rather unfriendly( almost every time unfriendly) manager said we don’t usually do that but I can. When he ringed my drink up I notice. $.50 up charge. Sir does it cost extra for the honey even though it free right over there. Pause… yes. Why? It’s because of labor cost…what’s?! Seriously?? Deep down I knew it wasn’t worth it for the matter. But take it from another business owner. Tell people for the upcharge. And for what’s it’s worth the manager said he thought it was weird. Yes I’m glad we agree. I truly don’t mind to pay .50 for it but don’t be weird about it and then not tell someone for the up charge. BTW most all employees are super friendly but the guy with the beard gives an unhappy vibe always. I’ll still be a regular just wanted to share feedback.

The drinks we all ordered were EXCELLENT, from the lattes to the regular coffee with an espresso shot. Not too sweet or syrupy. I’ll admit, I tried a little of everyone’s. We’re family! LOL. Will definitely be back when we are back up this way.

Literally had the worst experience there. I used to go to coconut and coffee, and they were super kid friendly, and even though their coffee was always cold they had a smiling face, but honest coffee everybody that worked there had a sour look on their face. Not friendly, or inviting at all. My coffee was awful, so overpriced. They told me I could not put syrup in my Americano, and that I had to choose a milk or milk alternative. I asked for an extra cup for my kids hot chocolate, and you would’ve thought I asked for their first born. I will never return. And I don’t think I’ve ever written a bad review on a company before, so this is saying a lot.

Definitely had the coffee shop atmosphere with people just chatting and others on their laptops. Very relaxing environment. Food is a bit overpriced. Coffee was very good.

This place is absolutely incredible! The ambience within the store is incredible and it is very clean. There are a lot of seats available even on a busy day. The baristas are extremely friendly, and are willing to give you their personal recommendations. The espresso that is used in the lattes is very smooth and not burnt unlike most coffee shops where they burn their espresso. I would definitely recommend this coffee shop over most coffee shops that I have been to in Franklin.
