I feel like I've shared my view of Conners before on here but I'll say it again fantastic experience throughout and I couldn't suggest trying them out enough.
Really great restaurant, ordered NY Strip, broccoli, "which was amazing" and the lobster bisque was phenomenal!!!!! Highly recommended trying this place outParking: It's located in the Cool Springs Mall parking lot, there is plenty of parking, just hard to find something close to the door, but hey, a little walking never hurt anybody

We came in a few days ago and I have to say I was very impressed.Our server, Grace or Gracie I believe, was top notch!!She greeted us with a smile and when we had questions about the menu she knew everything we needed and even suggested a cocktail and menu options (great club sandwich)Atmosphere was very nice. We will ABSOLUTELY be back!
The Franklin restaurant surprised me with impeccable service. The moment you walk in the door you are greeted and as you walk through the restaurant the staff greeted us. Our server (Grace) was as professional and knowledgeable as a server should be. I give her 5 stars! The food was amazing. I will dine here often.

Grace was an excellent waitress!! If I could give more stars I would. ? The prices are a little high but worth it with the quality of food and service. I loved making a reservation!! Restaurants don't do that anymore and it was so refreshing to know we didn't have to wait.

This is my absolute favorite restaurant in the Franklin/Cool Springs area! The food is always delicious, and the service is always incredible. I always bring out of town guests here, and it easily turns into their favorite restaurant too. I host meetings here also, and they do their absolute best to accommodate us. And P.S. everyone loves the Voodoo shrimp, and I miss the collard greens?

First time visiting and I was extremely satisfied. Great service from Ben. He was very attentive, without hovering. The food presentation, portion size and overall taste, were all exceptional. I ordered the wedge salad, white cheddar macaroni and cheese, and the espresso rubbed ribeye. My friend ordered the lamb chops and asiago spinach, so I was able to sample some of those scrumptious items as well. Normally, I do not eat much bread, however the pesto butter was delicious. I also tried the Whiskey Burst from the drink menu. The peach puree with the whiskey was a great combination, not too sweet.I will be returning on my next visit to Tennessee.

Our dinner at Connors Steak and Seafood restaurant was a birthday celebration for my daughter. When we arrived, we were seated almost immediately we found a birthday card from the staff for my daughter. Soon after we were greeted by Addie our server who was very upbeat and charming. She made our dinner celebration a very pleasing experience and fun! The food was fabulous, the service impeccable and the atmosphere very relaxing. We have been to Connors restaurants in several cities and in each one we have found the same great service, food and atmosphere! On this occasion, I want to thank Addie for making our dining experience one of the best we have had! We will be back again and again!Parking: Plenty of free parking and ease of accessing the restaurant.
