I've been here a couple of times and It's always been good. I didn't make reservations but the weather was nice, so we sat in the Patio area for lunch. The service was very good and the staff were friendly. The interior of the restaurant is classy and clean. The Patio is also nice. Entrees are around $ 19.00 to $24.00. They also have brick fired pizzas and salads at a lower price point. They get some of their ingredients and produce from a few of the local farmers in the area. It's worth checking out if you're in or around the Downtown Franklin area. They also have a full bar in case you want an alcoholic beverage.

We visited Culaccino on a warm spring evening. There is free parking on nearby streets and about a block away in the 2nd Ave garage. There is paid parking right next to the restaurant. We were seated inside (I strongly recommend reservations). The restaurant was jam packed! We had heard mixed reviews about the food and pretty consistent reviews about the noise level being too high. The folks we joined had been several times and made some suggestions from the menu. We ordered wine by the glass, which was very pricey. I eat gluten free and had to ask about what I could eat. They do have gf pasta (not the stuffed pasta of course). Our table had Caesar salad, chicken, salmon and sirloin. The food was good, the service was as well, and though it was loud, we had no trouble with conversation. Check it out but be prepared for a large bill.

So glad we stumbled upon this place as we were walking around Franklin from our Air BNB... The asparagus fritter appetizer was a great start to a fabulous meal !Reasonable prices for great quality and delicious Italian cuisine...Vegetarian options: My Granddaughter is a vegetarian and Lee, our server offered many choices for her to decide on.Dietary restrictions: Allergies were promptly asked prior to discussing menu options...

Morgan was a great host and server. She offered her favorites and helped us pick delicious dishes. The vibe is very nice and was a little more formal than I expected. The food is very fresh and clearly has a lot of love from the chef.

Really underwhelming food from quality to taste. We don’t mind spending more money for great food but this was not worth it especially for the price point. Felt pressured to buy a bottle of wine. ? keep asking about the wine by a glass but they keep answering about the bottle…

As an elite yelp squad representative I doubt I will return to this restaurant- the food was excellent but when they removed our plates while my wife was still eating is an absolute no no! Elise of course said they could take hers even though she still had her fork in her hand! I maybe old school but details like this are so important to a restaurant's reputation.

Slowest service I've ever experienced. $13 to add shrimp to a $14 pasta and that price was not disclosed to us or on the menu. No discount offered for the long wait or anything. Pasta dish was 3/10. Do not waste your time.

Wonderful ambiance: not too loud, Edison bulbs everywhere, light music. Service was excellent: Kathryn was insightful and helpful with recommendations, and a quick wit with the jokes. Food was well rounded: gnocchi pasta was well cooked, the sauce was too sweet/acidic for my tastes. I prefer a more savory red sauce. The ravioli was the favorite; the red wine reduction sauce brought some depth to the veal. The greens on top complimented the flavor. I think a smaller green would have been nicer for presentation's sake. The non alcoholic Paloma was perfect as well. Definitely would return. One of the better Italian options around Tennessee for the price.

The food was amazing, we just thought the pasta portions were small. The Ravioli with bone marrow was so good! The service was great! We sat out in the patio, but the inside was decorated nice.

Start to finish a great dinner. Each dish, including appetizers, was delicious. Looking forward to returning.Second time back, equally as impressive. Server was gracious and friendly with good recommendations. Dinner was excellent and the quality was top-shelf. They make all their desserts as well, so be sure to try the tiramisu. I bit noisier this visit, but too chilly dine outside.

Honestly, one of the worst "high end" Italian experiences I've ever had. Beef tartar was missing flavor of any kind. The croutons were soggy wet. The gnocchi tasted exactly like chef boyardee, and I'm dead serious. It's like someone described these dishes to the chef. The butter and bread was good though and the employees were nice.

I live around the corner so we visit often w local friends who want to come. It's crowded and loud with well dressed patrons sipping strong cocktails, which contributes to its hip happening atmosphere. However while some dishes are decent the food is generally only mediocre and quite expensive. Service usually is pretty good but slow when it's busy. The well travelled and NE, West Coast or Chicago transplants will agree that there is a dearth of even decent Italian in the Nashville area so it's no wonder Culaccino is popular w locals as perhaps they don't know any better.

Italian pizzeria in Franklin Tennessee. The pizza was quite good, there was also the Italian beer Menabrea. A little expensive, but it's the area that's expensive.

This was a nice restaurant that I visited for a friends birthday, and I was very disappointed in the price of water. If you order still or carbonated water, it is given to you by the bottle and it is $9.00 a bottle. We were unaware and when receiving our check, we were each charged $9 for a bottle. Are you kidding me? For water? After ONE drink and one very salty personal pizza, my check was $50.00!!! And that was for one person. I understand it is in Downtown Franklin, pricing out your working class, but come on.
