Ripley is such a sweetheart. We had an issue with our steak and he immediately was on top of making sure it got fixed and even brought out some fries so my friend would have something to eat while we waited for the new steak. Also, I wasn't a fan of my drink and he just took it off my bill no questions asked. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was amazing. Will definitely come back again.

Nice place, prices are on the higher end but not at all unreasonable. A diverse but quality menu offering.Our waitress was a little out there and spent a fair amount of time complaining about Californians, but we took it as entertainment and no harm done.

I’m a pretty easy going guy but I must say this place and our server really pissed me off. This is the first time I’ve tried this Drakes in Cool Springs and I don’t intend to return. Our server was the worst we have ever had. Barley spoke to us. Never kept our drinks refilled. I had to go to the bar to get cokes refilled. Server paid us no attention on what we needed. Food was very average at best for the price. Server never asked how our food was until we almost finished. Just so many better choices in town. I highly recommend trying elsewhere unfortunately.

Every time we come to Nashville for an event we come here! The Sriracha wings and fried pickles are always perfect. The selection of beer and cocktails is great too! Never had a bad experience here!

Drake's is nice restaurant with good bar food in a higher price range - $13.99 for a hamburger. Not enough staff, so restraunt is half empty, but wait is 45 minutes to an hour - Definitely NOT worth the wait. Also, DON'T EVER sign up for their BHG incentive program. You CANNOT unsubscribe and you will be inundated with daily advertisements.

Typical soulless chain. Didn't eat. More brewery themed than brewery, they only ferment here. Beer is lower middle across the board. This is the brewery version of a café that puts up pictures of cups of coffee on the walls. No creativity.

Food is always good at Drake’s no matter where the location. Not a place for the calorie conscious person. I am not a fan of the seating available here. Most are elevated tables, difficult for a short wife to sit and enjoy their meal. Although our booth styled table was not elevated, the table and chairs were not moveable and they were quite far apart. Service was fine but it was post lunch so no one was there and two servers poured ketchup into small containers at a table nearby. Looked like a regular process. Customers don’t need to see that guys.
