The server was friendly and did a reasonable if not amazing job of getting me seated and getting me a menu. Had a little mix up of plate with another table but was quickly fixed. The time for the food wasn't fast but I wasn't expecting mcdonalds. It was hot if a bit unexpecting of the flavors compared to the name. The teriyaki chicken bowl was very sweet and tangy from all of the pineapple that I almost couldn't taste any teriyaki in it. I added shrimp and it was laughable how much and how small the shrimp were used, not worth the extra charge. I might come back but it might be a while, it was a very mediocre experience unfortunately. Maybe it was just because it was a Monday night.

I went on a date with my husband food was good ,but I'll be blunt a girl server was beyond nasty 1 when you make someones drink don't take a sip of it . 2 when you are handling food don't and I mean don't play with your hair 3rd when you see a service dog in training don't run outside and ask if you can pet their dog , then when they finally say yes you got back inside AND DONT WASH YOUR HANDS . 4th when people try and call the restaurant pick up

We have always enjoyed this place. Our kids have often chosen this place to celebrate their bdays. But it is going down! So sad. Quality of food still good. But 1) freezing in this place. Workers working in gloves. Said the heat had been out since November. That’s not a service problem. That’s a $$/management issue. Employees said manger won’t even work on “cold nights.” 2) soda machine not functioning. Water and tea only options. Opted for water with lemon. No lemon. 3) just overall appearance of the place is rough. Needs some love.My son is headed out of the country for 3 months. This is what he chose as his farewell meal. Sadly we all predict that it won’t be open when he returns. Please prove us wrong!!

Second time in a row I received the wrong food after ordering take-out.It seems like they are under staffed. There was just one cook and one server / bartender trying to take care of all the customers for dinner. They were both working hard, so I think they need a better manager or at least another employee to help keep things running smoothly.I used to go here a lot more but the prices have gone up so now I need to treat it like a special occasion. But there's not much point in going at all if I can't get the food I wanted.
