Really positive experience this evening ??. I got the cheesesteak and my Dad got the chicken version. Delious and worth the few minutes we had to wait on them. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

Even when they already had made my big chicken khauna they went back and added the condiments that I wanted as well and didn't make a fuss about it ! The manager was friendly . This was me & my wife 1st time at this location. Now for the location near us in berry hill can learn alot from this store and about keeping your work area clean and appealing to the eyes

When I walk in I was amazed. There was no dirty tables and all the staff were really nice. The food was really great, they had my order ready within 5 minutes and correct. I would 100% recommend this jersey mikes for a sub.

I'm a pretty frequent customer of Jersey Mike's but the order I received from this location was very disappointing. It had about half the meat compared to normal.

Person slicing the meat for sandwiches went to the back and placed raw chicken on the flat top and then attempted to make my sandwich with out changing gloves. When asked his response was we are allowed to do that because it’s frozen. I had no clue that freezing raw meat prevented cross contamination. Oh wait it doesn’t. When confronted he argued it was ok. I just walked out.
I've rarely had a bad experience at this location unlike the Nashville ones where the owners just don't care what goes on. Seems to me the ones here are open to honest criticism and do their best to rectify it.IMO Jersey Mike's is the gold standard of subs. More expensive but you get what you pay for which is superior quality and this location does a good job.

It's been a few years since we tried eating here and now I can see why we stop eating here in the first place. There was a lot of people just standing around, the bread was hard, bacon over cooked, very little meat on on the sandwiches / not very fresh .... it was almost like eating at subway. Well I can say I've had better experience there , then this place. Spending over $40. wishing that I would have went to Firehouse. I also had to pick trash up of the floor by the door to keep from tripping on it. Will not be going back. It's sad to see a place like this in the location it is for the area.

Just NO - no wonder they have 2 stars! overpriced, dry sandwich and do not inform you they charge extra for gluten free bread-plus they ask "why?" You are ordering it?? Allergies? What? What a waste. Guy on the phone who rang me up, on the whole time. First time there and never again. Rip off!

I wish I took a pic but I forgot. I have gone here 2 times in 2 weeks as I'm here for work. Both times were busy and service was still fast. The manager needs to thank their staff as they are doing a great job!Vegetarian options: Vegie sandwich options
