I cannot recommend john’s burgers enough. I come to the mall regularly and everytime they greet me with a smile. Excellent customer service and kindness. I can visibly see the workers care and are hard working. You don’t see a lot of that nowadays! Not the mention the food is delicious! Five stars all around.

My family was lured in by the free chicken samples.I decided on the Buffalo chicken sandwich and onion rings. The chicken was thin(how I prefer it) and cooked to perfection. The onion rings were delicious, too! My husband enjoyed his burger and fries. My daughter also enjoyed her chicken finger kids' meals and fries.They initially forgot our drinks and the ranch I had ordered. We did go back for the drinks, but the ranch wasn't that big of a deal. The service was quick, and I'd definitely eat here again.Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu with a variety of options to choose from.

The sample that they offered immediately as I walked in was delicious. I ordered an original john's chicken burger and it was easily the best chicken burger I've ever had. I don't know what kind of mayo/ranch was on the burger but it was amazing. Definitely recommend

The food is the best, definitely would pick it over Chick-fil-A or McDonald's. The staff was wonderful and sweet, and they even gave us samples beforehand. The prices are decent and reasonable! I'm coming back in the future, great service! My sandwich and fries were fully cooked, my sensitive stomach agreed with it so I'm giving this place five stars

Food is fine but drinks are filled mostly ice and plenty of empty space, also Coke is flat.
Good prices on burgers and they usually run promos. They've been at their location forever. Good fries too and great toppings.

These folk did a wonderful job. It was after 7pm and the food court was a little dead. These guys were so casual but persuasive I found myself ordering a 5 piece strip with large fry and drink. I'm a bigger guy and I'd have to say...it's not often I can't finish a plate because I'm truthfully full. Their service is wonderful, their food quality is great. Keep up the great work fellas. I tried to take a better picture....but the short drive back to my hotel left the box half empty lolWheelchair accessibility: In a mall food court. I feel like their counter is low and doesn't have glass everywhere making you reach.
