Very enjoyable Emma S served us perfectly, Jeff the G / M welcomed us with wonderfully prepared meals of chicken tenders and fish and chips. Both obviously fresh and piping hot! We started our visit is Nashville but stopped at corporate headquarters not a restaurant! Clint H/R director explained our mistake . He graciously directed us to Jeff's facility only 20 miles in the right direction of our trip , called ahead for us ! The rest is history very good. Stop in and enjoy a good meal, mention to Jeff the Indiana people sent you !! Enjoy
Absolutely wonderful experience tonight at the Murfreesboro Rd store. Our server Chris was attentive, friendly, hilarious, and even took special care with one of our friends' shellfish allergies! Will be going back when in town again :)

I was in Franklin on business and while there, a colleague and I had the pleasure of dining at this location for lunch, and Lindsey gave us excellent service from beginning to end, and I left a 20% tip, but unintentionally took both copies of the receipt, so she did not receive the tip that I had intended for her to receive.... so please the next time you visit the Franklin O'Charley's, ask for Lindsey, and tell her Steve sent you. You'll be glad you did, she's awesome. The next time I'm in town I plan to visit and will certainly take care of her. Thanks to all who help pay it forward.

Nina and I met Mrs Andrea and Mel At the old Charley’s in Franklin TN on 2-23-24. Both of them were extremely professional, knowledgeable in O’Charleys food And drink items. Both of them made sure that we were extremely pleased with the food and the dine in experience at their location. I highly recommend that you visit this location and ask for Mel or Mrs Andre once you arrive there to receive the excellent customer service!!!!

From the moment I approached the bar, Mel friendly demeanor and genuine passion for mixology were evident.Not only does Mel possess an impressive knowledge of cocktails, but her creativity truly shines through in every drink she craft. I had the best margarita I’ve ever tasted. Whether it was a classic cocktail or a custom creation, each sip was a delightful experience for the senses. She was friendly and fun! I definitely be back!!
