Jim was our waiter and I have to say I love how simple he is. Loved his slight sense of humor, simple conversation, quiet but made sure we were well taken care of, wasn’t too over the top like most. We would love to have Jim as our waiter again!

My family and I went to Olive Garden on Friday night for a family dinner. The wait for the time of day was reasonable and the food was as expected but the bright spot was the service. Our server Jim, an older gentleman, was a delight. He anticipated our needs and was prompt in returning with anything else we needed. So many servers need to be reminded of what was asked for but we didn’t have to worry about that with Jim.People always complain about bad service but don’t seem to take the time to compliment the good. Many thanks to Jim for a great experience!

My experience at Olive Garden Italian Restaurant was fantastic! The menu had a great variety of Italian classics, and everything tasted fresh and flavorful. The portion sizes were generous, making it a great value for the price.

Disappointing Olive Garden. I absolutely love Olive Garden, but this one I have been to several times hoping it would get better, but it disappoints each time. Whether its the slow service, the soup that has 0 gnocchis, or sauce that literally tastes like vomit, it always leaves something to be desired. Just drive up to the new one near opry mills. Not worth it.

Food was great, I had the Lasagna, my wife had spaghetti eggplant, and my mother in law had the endless soup. We also enjoyed the endless salad with bread as well. The server was generous and informative on pairing of foods.
