Twice I have ordered beef with broccoli and had absolutely NO beef..and since it was a.2 entree plate the sesame chicken was about 3.pieces..sometimes you just want ToGo instead but I will stick to my No.1 Chinese..this is deceitful and they should not continue operating this business. We placed an online order, received a notification that it was ready for pickup, arrived to the restaurant to pick it up, and it hadn’t even been started. It turns out they were out of a few of the items we ordered so they had to make the food before preparing the order. The person cooking in the back shouted, “If people stopped ordering I could go take A PISS!” While the items they were out of were being cooked, they packaged the other items and left them sit on the counter for 16 minutes to get cold and soggy.

Quick stop as we drove south. Overall the food was tasty. My one comment was the buffet steam table had not come to temp. and our lunch was on the cool side. : ( I would try Panda Express again someday.

Ordered the food online, got there 20 minutes later and they haven't started making it. I was told to go park and wait and I had two simple meals. As I parked, I saw a lot of people pull in/walk in and got their order in an instant. When I finally got my order, all of the food was in one bag spilling out and they threw my power aid drink in there with it, a cold drink with hot food that was already leaking. They always put a strong double knot so i can not untie it and get my power aid out and check the meal. My other drink was ordered a medium but they put in a huge cup and they did not add any ice to it what so ever. In my opinion, the food is made fine but the employees need a lot better training to keep business flowing smoothly.

This location gives the smallest portions of any panda express I've ever visited. By far the smallest. Go to McDonald's next door.
We love Panda Express but the every time we’ve ordered from the Berry Farms Franklin location it’s been pretty bad service. My husband ordered this evening online as usual and he was over 45 minutes getting the food because they hadn’t even started it when got there to pick it up and they had to make some of it. Mind you, we live maybe 3 minutes from that location. The chow mein was mostly big chunks of onion and not many actual noodles, the rice was white rice not fried rice and again. It much of it. Not sure what happened but it was just not good. There’s a location much farther for us to drive to and we’ve never had a bad experience at that one and this location just doesn’t seem to get it together . It would be so nice to be able to get our food at this one so I hope someone can help them get it right or better management. I would imagine there’s a certain criteria all Panda Express locations have to meet and standards of food prep.

Ordered 1 bigger plate with rice, Beijing beef, orange chicken and angus beef, ordered 2 plates with rice, mushroom chicken and beef and broccoli for both plates. The food was absolutely awful. We couldn’t even tell what entree was what! Everything was dried out and tasted old, rice was dry and had hard chunks in it. We stopped coming here awhile ago due to poor quality, we thought we’d give it another try! $45.00 of a very wrong decision. Will never be back to this location again.

Went thru the drive thru on a Monday nite at 6:30. They ran out of two main chicken items, they were slow and could not print a receipt. Pandas is considered fast food, I know I’m not getting the best…. But they need to get it

Really disappointing lunch today. Ordered the black angus steak and had exactly 4 small bites/pieces of meat. Cover up the poor quantity of meat by adding lots of vegetables. For the money this is a terrible deal. Buyer beware unless you are a Vegan.
