This location is problematic, generally panera is good, but not at this location. They don't know what toasted means when you order bagels, their sandwiches often have brown soggy lettice in them and they leave out ingredients all the time. This is my sandwich from today: a bacon melt with avocado, the only avocado on it is a tiny chunk and there isn't any cheese on it at all. How is that a melt?

This location always appears clean and has a decent amount of items in stock. That isn't always the case, as some run out of pastries quite early in the day. The Asiago bagel is always my favorite, when in stock. Who needs sour cream, it is good solo!

I like the food, but they can't seem to keep ingredients in stock. Everytime I am there I have to go to my second or third choice. Usually they are out of avocados. I have pointed out to them there is a Kroger accross the parking lot and someone should make a run when they are getting low. I would eat here more often, but tired of being dissapointed in not being able to order what I want.

She is so kind & ALWAYS brings a smile, & goes above & beyond to ensure orders are correct & thorough, & even lets me know about price changes. She is an absolute gem & I hope she knows how appreciated she is! Such refreshing customer-service interactions. Plus, this location is so clean & food is always fresh.

I LOVE Panera but had such a negative experience last night. We ordered. The clerk seemed as if she were struggling with taking our order. I'm not sure if she was new or if it was the fact that most things we wanted, they were out of. I wanted the baguette with my salad; no, they were out of baguettes. (HUGE disappointment for me.) My son wanted a bread bowl; no, they were out of bread bowls. What!? So disappointing. We ordered waters. They charged us for drinks. I ordered a 1/2 salad; they charged me and gave me a whole salad. I asked if I could have 1/2 a bagel with my salad since they were out of baguettes. No, I could only have an apple or chips. I understand someone may have come to buy all the bread they had, but save some for the meals being ordered.

Panera Bread food lacks consistency. I have ordered the same soup several times and each time its different. I have ordered salads and there is'nt any dressing. This is simple stuff and the employees don't care.. You have lost me as a customer!
