We come here often and the food is always fresh and delicious. There are a lot of seating options and the restaurant is always clean. Chase is an outstanding employee! He is always friendly and always does a great job taking care of us!
I think waiting 2 hours for an order is too much and I asked someone about my order and what they did was roll their eyes at me. I think they are very bad at customer service.
I usually dine in at Panera on Sundays. This restaurant is disgustingly filthy. From the walls, the booths and the floors. There is visible dirt everywhere. Why isn’t the health department on this??

Very confusing menu board. Told cashier we wanted the half-sandwich, soup deal. Ended up with whole sandwich’s for two. Costs us an addition $15 or so. Food was nothing special. Staff was indifferent. Last visit for us!
