Indian spicy was "Spicy", and I am Indian. Garlic chilli naan and Paneer butter masala is my order. My friends have tried chicken butter masala and chicken biryani. The service was great.

This was our 2nd time at this location, Franklin, TN. The first time we came, we ordered fish curry and got vegetable curry. The 2nd visit, which was today, we ordered fish curry and got lamb curry. I do not live in Franklin. When I arrived home, which was 35mins away, I noticed the mistake. Not only did they give me the incorrect food, but the rice did not look appealing. When I tried calling the restaurant, their phone was off so I was unable to verbally give them my frustrations and complaints or even ask them to fix my order. Imagine being a pregnant woman craving something and you get home to eat and you can’t eat because you don’t eat beef, pork, and any type of meat other than fish. My husband and I haven’t had meat in over 10+ years and he actually ate a piece of what we thought was fish smh. I tried to give this restaurant another shot but I will never give my money to this location again. We will go where we normally go, Mt. Juliet location, where we have absolutely no problems with the food, service, and the environment is much better. Disappointed after spending $40+. We had to throw everything away because the food just wasn’t fresh.

I heard of Persis many times and finally went in for dinner. It was the best Indian food I have ever had-truly authentic. The owner came over to our table and helped us with the menu and suggested some dishes. The food was so flavorful and executed perfectly. All the staff was friendly, smiling and helping with our service. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely be back.

Biriyani rice is too dry. Even the medium spicy dishes are spicy . I can taste nothing but chilli powder. Malai kofta curry has lot of chilli powder as well.

Best place to get Indian food in Tennessee. We ordered Chicken lollipop, Chicken 555, Garlic paneer, Veg Kheema Biryani, Chicken dum biryani and Mutton fry piece biryani.All of the dishes were exceptionally good.Loved it!?❤️

Excellent food! My husband and I ordered dosas and uthappam this evening. Everything was very very good. Dosa was crispy and golden, sambar was very well spiced and balanced! One of the best sambars I have ever had in the US! We also had chat and that was really well made as well!We are both vegetarians so I can't say much about the meat dishes. But if you are looking for good south Indian food, this is a good place ?The service was good and ambience as well!Vegetarian options: There were a lot of vegetarian dishes.Parking: There were ample parking spots. We had no difficulty finding one.

Biriyani here is not a Biriyani. Just some readymade rice that goes with all Biriyani varieties in their menu and some Paneer. No taste nothing. No salt, No spicy nothing. Please focus on Biriyani taste. You don’t need to have so many list of Biriyani varieties in the menu but limit the variety and focus on the taste.

Place was clean. The waiter got my order wrong and even after explaining that to him he didn't offer to make it up or take it off my bill. Ended up just eating my soup that wasn't good at all. Go to the other ones in the area!9-14-23 the manager reached out and refunded my bill. The customer service alone has been great. Will return to give this plane another shot.
