We eat here a lot. Several of the servers are phenomenal. The real problem is that it’s just poorly run. It’s frequent to show up here after church and it’s just closed. Multiple times we’ve come in and half the restaurant isn’t even open and they quote us a ridiculous wait time clearly meant to discourage you from staying. Once, they quoted us 45 minutes and said they’d text us so we could walk around the mall—and they never texted. I’m writing this review sitting in the waiting area after watching them turn away six different parties, several of which were willing to sit at the bar. Outside of them getting new management, I don’t foresee this location staying open much longer.

Loved the Guacamole bacon cheeseburger. They do give you endless fries. Delicious. Try the bacon cheese dip for your fries oh my gosh good.

Went at 11:30 AM with a friend. The food was hot and good. The waitress was excellent and very busy. They need to hire more wait staff.

Well.. this was my first time going to Red Robin. I'm placing my order I inquired about whether or not they could do all flats for my wings the waitress said that she would find out for me and let me know however my food came out and instead of all flats they gave me all drums and not even one single flap. Which wasn't necessarily a big deal but the fact that they gave me all drums led me to feel as if they were just trying to be childish and Petty because of the request that I have put in. Especially given the fact that they could have had a combination of both flat and drums not simply all drums which is how I know that was some form of small retaliation or pettiness for whatever reason. When my coworkers Burger arrived, the burger as well as the bun were so burnt the bread crumbled in her fingertips. Side order of broccoli was basically uncooked and dry. The best part was the drink I ordered a Long Island iced tea which was delicious and it was a decent size. While the waitress was very kind and did her best I left here completely dissatisfied and I most certainly will never return again. Shame

We came in about an hour before they closed and the food Waac still super fresh and yummy. The grille chicken with the chipotle lime sauce was delicious. And the whisky river bbq was was awesome!!

The burgers are always good and generally keep well if you use a delivery service, however they will also ALWAYS be wrong. My order is always (and I mean 100% of the time) a random assortment of items that have no relation to my actual burger. Today I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with pepper jack, no mayo, no tomato. What I got was a BBQ burger with a ton of mayo. To be fair the burger was still good and I still ate it, but if you are picky about getting exact toppings on a burger, I would avoid. If you are open to whatever and want something that is a decent delivery option, go for it.

I ordered a gluten free bread option no mayo. I received a normal bread option with breaded onions and tons of mayo to make it further dangerous to eat for a gluten sensitive customer. I talked to someone that spoke the manager that told her to tell me to take it up with Uber Eats or drive to the store for a new one. Terrible customer service and complete disregard for allergy specific requests offered on their menu. I ordered for a family of four, one other ordered was incorrect but not affecting sensitivities. Incorrect nonetheless.

We went for dinner there tonight.There was a sign on the door that they were closed.Not very happy about it.We had a good meal at Chili's across the parking lot.No explaination or anything.

OMG it's awful. The server was pleasant, but it took forever to get our food. I got the Avo-Cabo salad. There were two tiny pieces of slimy BROWN avocado and about a half dozen tiny pieces of chicken. Definitely not appealing at all. I won't be back.

Foods were fried in old grease. The burgers tasted good but all the fried food was very nasty. The lady bringing drink to the table could not get the drinks to the right person. She would forget what drink someone got and told us to figure it out ourselves.
Got the Royal Burger with sweet potato fries and it was cooked to perfection!

That is the most pathetic amount of fries I have ever received on a to go order from anywhere. $26 for that?? Especially from a place that has bottomless fries when you dine in. Five guys from now on. What a joke.

Decent place, wife's chicken was burnt to a crisp. Waitress was great she took the sandwich back to the kitchen immediately and had it remade.
