Service and atmosphere were phenomenal. I didn’t go without a drink and nothing was forgotten about. My only complaint is specifically towards my meal. It tasted amazing but the steak salad is $21 and I feel the protein portion of my order was rather small for the price.

It seems like management is absent. We arrived Saturday around 1130 for lunch. We had our choice of seating since there were maybe three or four other tables seated before us. For some reason we waited a long time for our food. They never filled all the tables so it didnt seem super busy. The waitess knew we had been waiting a long time, she apologized. Then we waited again to pay. I couldnt find our server. At that time only one table left. So after waiting awhile for her to return we decided to go to the front to pay. The person at the door told us they had to reboot the system. We had to wait again to pay. She apologized. You would think a manager would be present to smooth things out. It was very frustrating because an hour lunch was almost two. They really missed the mark today.

This was the best meal I’ve ever had in my life. The salad was fresh, the steak was perfectly cooked, and the truffle mac n cheese is a MUST. I will be coming back. The wait staff was also amazing. Thank you, Serrato’s, for existing.

Oh, my god. This was the BEST food my wife and I have ever had (seriously….). We just moved to the area from Atlanta, Georgia and decided to give this place a try as we have been to several different steakhouses.The atmosphere, cleanliness, and service are all top notch. Prices are very reasonable for this scale of dining. The food was extremely flavorful and perfectly balanced and not overpowering. The truffle mac & cheese is insane! We will be going here often.

I had the most incredible server tonight. She drove through treacherous storm conditions and made my snow week SO much better. She was the perfect balance of being attentive and allowing me and my family to enjoy our dinner. She got all of our orders perfect and was so personable and funny. I will absolutely request her next time.
