I just wanted to shout out Emily, one of the staff at this location. I have been to Sonic, at various locations, many more times than I can count. I tip nearly every single time I go, and she is the first to ever thank me for it. I’m not looking for a thank you, but her smile and appreciation just meant a lot. Really brightened my Friday.
Terrible experience! Several times now the order taker was rude and very unprofessional as I’m ordering rushing me this has been several times I’ve come but this time I’m over it! It was time to write a review! It’s been a male all times I’ve come if they don’t wanna work why be here! Attitude and customer service should be number 1and here it’s last thing they have! I hate to be a Karen but when you come here several times and it’s always the same way I guess it’s needed and almost makes me worried to eat my food if it was messed with because I gave attitude right back so I just threw the food away! Very disappointed in a waste of money

Been to this location twice- today being the last. Both times the order taker has been rude and unfriendly. At the previous visit my drink had way too much syrup in it that it felt like they had done it on purpose. I had to throw it away. Today, my popcorn chicken taste like it had been sitting in the drawer from the day before. It was so crunchy it literally hurt my mouth to eat.

Went with my husband and his brother. The lady who took his brothers order was rude, and he asked for some specific things on his sandwich. They completely messed it up. Food was decent like usual, just haven't had it in a long time. This was my first time at this location, I'll probably go back to the one in town if I plan to go to sonic again.

Anytime I order from this Sonic. They always leave out items and mess up on the order constantly. Because I come to this Sonic location multiple times. Still there hasn't been any improvements.This always seems to happen quite very frequently and periodically when ordering in the drive-thru.But I disagree with the employee who laughed purposely at my mom. When she had a hard time paying with her debit card.So please kindly explain to me why it's okay to laugh at someone when being completely disrespectful along with unprofessional mannerism.Sorry if it sounds like I am being negative here when really I am not. I've worked in customer service for over 20+ years.There are just some things you don't and shouldn't do towards customers.Am I being negative now for a mild little complaint...? You tell me.Note:I'm quite actually a kindhearted, loving person who is very open-minded/positive.I also believe in forgiveness and giving people second chances.

Horrible service. We tried three times to get 2 of the exact same shakes. We were very polite and having a girls night. The first person we talked to acted like she couldn’t hear us, then hung up. The second person responded quickly so there was nothing wrong with the speaker. Second person was rude and cut us off, we had a coupon ignored us. We called the store and tried talking to someone and they said ok, and hung up, didn’t ask what stall or who the rude speaker was. After that we waited 5 minutes for help and nothing happened. Keep in mind there was nobody else in the stalls besides another car waiting for food. Freaking sucks, they were so rude we left. What are the chances of the same thing happening three times.

Excellent service, fast, no waiting at all. App ordering is the greatest.
This sonic has a great little heated outdoor seating area. The service was efficient and food was fresh and hot. Was impressed that after only a few minutes of waiting, an employee came out to let us know that they had to drop some new food for us so it was going to be a little longer (only 4 more minutes). Either way we didn’t wait long but it was nice of them to keep us posted on our wait time.Parking: Plenty of drive in stalls and additional parking across the street

The nicest sonic you'll ever visit, however the food is exactly what you would expect. Fast, fried and unhealthy. The service is pretty good here, and the atmosphere is in a nice area along with some nice seating if you want to sit outside instead of sitting in your car. However, if you want to live a long and healthy life you should avoid this place 1000%.

4 cars in entire place. Pressed red button. Received the button activated message. Sat there while other cars pulled in and were served. Had to press again multiple times for service. Waste of time.

They didn’t give me a refill on my drink after I tipped them $5.00 at a fast food restaurant. Blamed it on covid when I feel like they were just being inconsiderate and rude. Food was mediocre. Seriously how you gonna be a drink place and not offer refills. ?♀️
