I ordered online. They were ten minutes late in making the sandwiches. Plus they messed 2/5 of the sandwiches. Pretty sad when they can't follow an online order

I have no idea how the ratings are so low. Just came in & had the best subway experience I’ve ever had. Best sandwich, with prompts from the sandwich artist (wish I caught their name) to make sure it was exactly to my liking & a kind compliment in the process. We came in while they were cleaning the window outside, and to me, that indicates a level of care that goes above & beyond as a sandwich artist.Thanks!

Just a train wreck from start to finish. We waited outside for nearly 20 minutes for our "no contact" delivery to our car. When I finally went in and told them we had been waiting quite some time for curbside delivery, they said they had no idea what we were talking about. The order was about 30% accurate, missing cheese and condiments on every sandwich. Will not order from here again.

Went to this location for two reasons 1 I had a gift card and 2 it was close to work and could be back in my half hour time. Had to park way out in the lot. Walked up to the door and observed a large sign saying masks required upon entry. Walked back to my car and got a mask. Went into the store to find five people ahead of me. An elderly female follows by a father and teenaged son. None wearing masks. The other two customers had masks on. The male and female employees were wearing masks that were not covering their nose. The female would pull hers up but the male made no attempt. Two more of the big mask required signs taped to the front of the counter. Two additional customers after me with masks and then an elderly male walk in with no mask. The male employee asks him if he wants turkey again but not a word about a mask. I don't mind wearing one if required in your establishment but the least you can do is enforce it with everyone or take the signs down.

Placed our order online last night. Said order would be ready in 20mins. We arrived 30 mins later to pick up, store was completely empty. The man working was sitting. I sent my son in to get our food, he was in there a couple mins and I called to see what the hold up was. He said "he only has 1 sandwich made, it will be a few mins." We waited and waited. We ended up waiting 16 extra minutes for our food, when it should have been ready when we arrived, especially since we were already almost ten minutes late getting there. I'm not sure what that man was doing, and why our food wasn't ready. We tried giving him the benefit of the doubt because he was alone. We considered that maybe he had people in the restaurant before we got there. But when we got home and looked at our food, it was a mess. Everything was just thrown together, and the sandwiches weren't toasted like we had requested online. Again, not sure what was going on, but we won't be back to this location.
