Yummy frozen yogurt! The space was clean and bright, they have a variety of flavors that rotate throughout the month, and they have a wide range of toppings. There's candy and packaged treats to purchase if you'd like as well.My crew tried the Mango Sorbet, Cake Batter, Country Vanilla, and Dutch Chocolate, and all came back with good reviews!(The attached pictures include toppings not mentioned above)

Dropped in for a quick treat while exploring downtown Franklin. They had a nice variety of treats from frozen yogurt with toppings, cookies, and other baked goods. The staff member that was working was extremely friendly and provided great service.

I purchased the small cup that used to be $3.85 and is now $7. I push the handle down so the yogurt builds from that point on and ends at 7 or 8 inches tall my bill was $9.25 with a tip they added without asking me. The female owner is not customer oriented but the night manager is.

Second time I've come before closing with my whole family and there are teenagers hanging out inside talking and the door is locked. They all just stare at me while I try to open the door. Both times they told me they closed early. If you are open til 9 then stay open til 9 otherwise say "may close early". What a waste of a drive. Today they close at 9 and we arrived at 8:33.

Our family went tonight and got ice cream here. The young girls working didn't acknowledge us at any point, and some of the ice cream we ordered tasted sour/spoiled. We will definitely not be back. I feel like I just threw away $30 and definitely regret visiting this location.

I didn't realize the reviews for this spot were so low, wow! I didn't check Yelp before coming here, just stopped by as my friend and I were walking around downtown Franklin after dinner. We came in and initially were going to get ice cream, but then we saw the cookies so we got some and shared them: salted caramel (my favorite), peanut butter, and smore's. The smore's sign said smore's and magic cookie bar or something to that extent and when we asked what the magic cookie bar was, we were told it's just smore's. Alright then, really confusing sign OR we were told incorrectly. Cookies were soft and chewy, a bit too sweet. If I only got the salted caramel, I might've given it 4 stars, but the other ones dragged it down a bit.The person helping us was also pretty rude and made fun of my friend for not knowing what tap to pay was. That was entirely unnecessary and pretty mean, as the person helping us said my friend is not old enough to not know about new tech. While I agree, customer service does not work that way. Shop shouldn't be run by teenagers, or at least the people working here should be trained on how to speak to customers. Yikes.
