LOVE these cookies! Was in town visiting my sister and she said there was a fabulous cookie spot - and she was right. I'm not sure what makes these cookies so delicious, but they are just delightful. It's a small shop, good customer service and great tasting cookies. Will need to ask my sister to bring some when she comes for Christmas!

Really kind people who work here. But very disappointed with the quality. If you're looking for a treat -- save your money and go to Five Daughter's or a different bakery. The cookies were kinda stale and didn't taste as good as I was hoping for. I hate to leave bad reviews and I hardly do, but it wasn't the best :/

I don't like leaving negative reviews. I also can't imagine what the "rent" cost is for this particular location. That said, $26 for a dozen "mediocre" cookies, is a pretty rough pill to swallow. Not to mention, the "clerk" working, was clearly annoyed that myself and a customer came in to buy a dozen cookies each. Call me biased, since I'm actually the one that had to "pay" for the cookies. However, my kids are the determining factor, and they were also less than impressed.

Have ordered several times for friends....all have been delighted with still warm cookies, ice cream and milk! An easy online transaction, consistent customer service and a consistently good product. Delivery personnel are terrific...and their car makes you smile!

This place looks great from the outside but the cookies are horrible. No Flavor, tastes like gooey flour. Tried the cookie dough balls. Worse than the cookies. The tiff blitz doesn't even deserve to be mentioned to be honest. Again, place looks cool, but tastes like a 4 year old messed up when making cookies for Mother's Day.

We went to this location to pick up an order we had made online. We had ordered a dozen cookies with frosting, and added two extra frostings to the order. Unfortunately all the frosting was left out of the order, but when we called customer service they went above and beyond! It was 8:00 on a Friday night, but someone immediately answered the phone, was overly kind, and not only refunded our money, but gave us $10 in coupons to use for our next visit! Well done Tiff’s Treats!
