Got: Large bowl with fried tofu, grilled salmon, raw salmon salad ($15.45) Price: 8/10 fair price for a meal Value: 8/10 the large can be two meals or one big meal if you're hungry A box with order cards is by the entrance. You fill them out and hand them to the cashier who places your order. I was told that this was used to expedite the ordering and service process. This atmosphere is casual with many tables to eat/hangout. The salmon and tofu I opted for were cooked immediately before being served. Fresh and done well. The salmon were in chunks and had a light sweet glaze. Not dry at all. The tofu was supple but still had a chewy exterior. The raw salmon salad - which I guess was the only "poke" part of the bowl was standard and came in a generous scoop. There were many options for toppings and sauces. Extra toppings or extra protein costs extra above the $15.45. Overall, in addition to the raw fish poke proteins, there are cooked protein options that resemble teriyaki bowls. Good options, fair price, solid casual food spot to eat and hang out at.

This family run business is one of the best places I have been to in so long. We lived in Hawaii for awhile and I make my own poke all the time. The quality of their product is some of the best I have ever had. Their tuna is fantastic, the masago is real and sushi grade. The noodle bowls are wonderful, as well as the rolled ice cream and bubble teas. Above and beyond, the family is so conscientious and it shows. I'm only a visitor here but will tell my Nashville friends that this place is a must.

The service is top notch. And the food is really good. You can get a poke bowl that is cooked on the grill. The bubble tea comes in many flavors and is tasty.

I am so disappointed. I honestly can not believe this place has such good reviews. I get it. There's hardly any poke places but this is so bad. If you come from a city please think of another option. I will be on the poke hunt. Literally just logged in and said I'm going to start reviewing food. I have been so disappointed with most restaurants in Franklin, particularly the sushi restaurants. Disclaimer, I am a chef and apparently a have the taste of an average stuck up coastal Californian. If you are from California avoid at all costs. Literally would have returned food if they were open. My drink tasted artificial and like I was drinking diluted perfume. The way the food is cut shows a lack of care for consistency in each bite. The tuna was too fishy and the spicy mayo was grotesque. My boyfriend literally started puking immediately. Yuck yuck yuck. Sorry, they were very kind. I would appreciate local recommendations for authentic sushi without them serving a taste of Asia. Also POKE tell me where?!
