This place is awesome! The BBQ is always good, the potato salad is delicious also, so are their beans. They are very quick with orders, their prices are amazing. I go here at least once a week! Highly recommend!

No pink in BBQ! Chili has little flavor. Rating: Poor.Over 8 years have tried this a few times. Then never went back; it was always bland.Today I had to get tires installed next door. Thought I would get a snack. Tried the chili. Also a disappointment...

We ordered delivery and knew it was approximately 45 minutes for delivery. We waited for over an hour and got a canceled order message. We called the store, and the machine kept picking up.Awful!..Thecharges on my bank account are still pending so I can't do a charge back ..absolutely ridiculous! I would give them negative stars for the worst customer service if I could!..This is an edit to response. YOUR website stated YOU were open. This is an error on YOUR end. We also called and left messages with ZERO response. The winter storm was OVER . We were given tracking updates on our order including that our order was done. Your response is inadequate because you don't hold yourself accountable .

Would it cost much more to add seasoning to your side dishes? That is a rhetorical question, because we all know the answer. The white beans and green beans have zero flavor. There's absolutely no excuse to not have some type of recipe for delicious flavored vegetables, specifically the white beans and green beans.

We had Whitt's cater our wedding (per our coordinators recommendation) and everyone LOVED it. We realized right before I was going to walk down the aisle that I forgot to get plates and silverware and they went out and got it for us without hesitation! The food was delicious and service was outstanding. 10/10!!

My go to’s are the ribs, the whole ribs and nothing but the ribs! Served daily! They serve some of the best ribs we have food in middle Tennessee! As far as the sides go we like the baked beans, the baked apples or the green beans in that order. Indoor dining or drive thru! Great unsweetened iced tea and vinegar based hot bbq sauce and vinegar based mild sauce.

Worth a try but I wouldn't go back. Coleslaw tasted like lawn clippings.

Barbecue was delicious. Great deals. The cashier was friendly. It's in a place where you wouldn't think it to be a bbq joint. It reminds me of an 80s sandwich shop. But it didn't stop me from eating like a hungry hippo.

The bun was wet, the potato wedges were probably hours old.

I took another step in my BBQ tour of Nashville by trying Whitt's. There are several locations around the city and today was the day I tried one. Most reviews seem to say it's the best eve or it isn't that good. I discovered it was more closer to best ever than bad.First of all, the building isn't much to look at. Don't let that scare you away. We'll, my wife did point out the dusty plant above our table and the dusty window ledge. But you didn't come here for that. You came here for the que!I had a little trouble navigating the menu since there was no 2 or 3 meat combo. The prices are pretty cheap though!I finally decided on a rib plate with mac and cheese and potato salad. I also got a pulled pork sandwich on cornbread. The ribs were tasty but what stood out about them is how easy they fell off the bone. Some of the end pieces were tough but for the most part, they were tender. The pulled pork sandwich on cornbread was brilliant. The cornbread kind of fell apart but the cornbread was possibly the best thing on my plate. Slaw, mayo, and pickles are options to come on the sandwich. Mayo on a BBQ sandwich is a Don't for me. But the slaw didn't have a lick of mayo on it so it was sort of understandable why there was mayo on it.Besides the cornbread, the potato salad was the next best food on my plate. It was creamy with a mild mustard taste. The mac and cheese was nothing special but alright. There are 3 sauces - sweet and mild tomato, hot, and vinegar. I felt like the vinegar sauce didn't add much to anything. But the hot was a medium level hot and the sweet were both superb.Sweet tea was refreshingly sweet! My final assessment is there are better BBQ joints in Nashville. But for the value you get for pretty good BBQ, Whitt's is your place.
